Iā€™ve been to The Cliff many times and this was one of the best units Iā€™ve had. The unit had very nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. Most of the other units at the property are not this plush. The view and the amenities at this property are always great, and I hope on our next visit we can get F8.

Perfect Place!!!!!!

We are a gay couple who stayed at this place. I just want to say that we were welcomed with open arms by the staff. The place was wonderful and the view was unforgettable. The location as well was perfect! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Perfect spot to relax

We found this property online and we were not disappointed from the time we walked in the door. Excellent communication with owners and very comfortable surroundings. Lots of cute restaurants close by and beautiful beaches as well. Loved it!

Perfect find in St. Maarten

High end luxury type of a stay, with perfect beach access that was never crowded. Walkable to a solid market as well as some incredible restaurants, short walk to the best public beach on the island! Away from the touristy stretches and crowds. When we come back to St. Maarten this will be the first place we look! Got incredibly lucky for our first visit.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful and lush landscaping surrounding the entire area. The condo was well equipped and we loved there was an organic grocery accross the street. The front door delivery of fresh baked good every day was an added bonus. Hoping to book our next trip very soon!

First, the view is stunning its the beautiful ocean in the back and the bay and island in the front. Second, the rental is huge, it has everything you need and want in a rental. Third, The Cliffs itself, the beautiful infinity pool, the great people that run it and that work there always attentive to your needs and super helpful, and location you are near all on Dutch side which is where you want to be and can easily get to French side. Take it from us if you go to St. Martin call IRE, the are great people and tell them you want to stay at the Cliffs you wonā€™t regret it!!!

Pure Paradiso!

This was our 25th trip to Sint Maarten and we've stayed at The Cliff in a different unit before, so we knew what to expect. We always appreciated the property amenities, the security, the ease of parking, the pool and outstanding ocean views. This unit far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished, luxurious and comfortable. The beds were great and the linens and towels were top rate. The condo was extremely well appointed. We didn't have to purchase anything except food and drink. Cherise at the IRE Team was constantly in touch via WhatsApp. She was prompt and really helpful. Can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 9 nights. Beds quite comfortable. One room only had black-out curtains. Large TV only in living room. We were able to bring our home Firestick and get most of our streaming services. The balcony furniture was appreciated and higher end than other units had. The couch looked good but sat badly (sagged). The hosts left a small amount of food stuffs (eggs, butter, cream cheese, water, beer) in the fridge which was VERY nice and appreciated and used up. Everything was clean, and well stocked with small toiletries, hairdryer, TP, and cleaning supplies. A maid came by to clean and do laundry (sheets and towels) once during our stay,changing the sheets. A grocery store with lots of organic choices was a short walk, as were several restaurants (Yami Sushi was good), Mullet Bay beach (very nice water and sand), and a local massage therapist (next to Yami Sushi and the medical collage) who was much more affordable than the Cliff spa. We did not eat at the Bistro. The front desk was responsive and I enjoyed talking with them. The infinity pool was great, and should be better featured. Many pictures had the old pool before the 2017 hurricane. The building has been renovated and looked almost new....except for one of the 3 elevators which wasn't working. Those guests were routed across balcony units! There is still a lot of visible hurricane damage on the island, including nearby buildings and all the roads, so I was appreciative of the Cliff's relative luxury. The F8 rooms have a great view looking down on the infinity pool and the rocky beach. The Cliff beach front is almost gone, and during high tide it was not safe to go down the wave battered concrete stairs. But the view is very close, almost on top of the water. The Cliff is about 3 miles from the airport, yet the planes were not loud or intrusive at all.

Very well appointed kitchen7. Convenient washer and dryerLastly, the location can't be beat. We very much prefer the Organic Grocery across the street to other nearby choices. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. This apartment has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed lounging out at the pool and long walks on the beach. The lobby and grounds are spotless and are maintained beautifully. I would highly recommend ordering for breakfast the almond croissants and other pastries or fresh breads the night before and it will be delivered to your room at the time you requested. You will not be disappointed. They are made fresh daily. That was such a nice treat every morning. Marioā€™s Bistro for lunch or dinner. Belmond La Samanna Spa which is a 3 minute car ride for couples massages. Coco Beach Club for a fun day at the beach which is located on the French side of the island. You can rent lounge chairs and enjoy being served a fabulous lunch and delicious cocktail as you watch the waves crashing and people watching. Cannot wait to revisit Paradiso at The Cliff.
