Welcome to your perfect Sunriver escape! This cozy and well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay, whether you’re visiting with family or friends. With a spacious layout, vaulted ceilings in the living room, and a warm wood-burning fireplace, it’s the ideal retreat after a day of adventure.

The fully stocked kitchen flows into a welcoming dining room, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals together. The private hot tub is perfect for unwinding under the stars, and the garage game area offers hours of fun with a ping pong table and foosball. Air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer, and bikes are included for exploring Sunriver’s scenic trail system.

Comfortable stay

Sunriver Village minutes away by foot. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Great communication with helpful property management company. Definitely would stay again!

Great place for a family to stay!

We had small children with us and the house had lots of toys! It was awesome! I would recommend you bring patio chairs as there was only a couple and a picnic table.

Great place very close to Village

We enjoyed staying at this location. It was only a 5-10 minute very easy walk to food, shopping and activities in the Village. Location seemed closer to the road than we expected but there was no traffic noise. Easy to locate, easy check-in/check-out and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great location

Super close to Sunriver village! Little noisy at times if you’re out back on deck due to car traffic but can’t hear it indoors. Good amenities but a few things could use replacing…table on deck, kitchen table, need closet space in master!! Overall nice place and would stay again!

Perfect birthday weekend!

We had a great weekend spending time with friends in this lovely home. It was spacious, plenty of seating, great kitchen and the bedrooms were perfect. The only downside was the hot tub is in an odd location. It was snowing heavily while we were there which made accessing the hot tub difficult. If that’s my only complaint, then I’d say it was a great house! Thank you again for letting us stay!

Nice Updated House

The house was more than we were expecting. It is updated and is very nicely set up. The location has pros and cons. Pro if you want to be very close to the Village and bike path. Con if you want to enjoy quiet on the patio. We could not hear the cars from the house. Lovely updated hot tub.

Great proberty

House was clean. Close to village, yet quiet neighborhood. Great hot tub with privacy. Tastefully decorated and clean feel of fresh remodel. There was no kindling for the woodturning stove. There was little in the kitchen in the way of spices or oil- no salt. Also no hair dryer or shampoo; which are expected, so just small inconveniences that make a big difference. otherwise great stay.

Great Place

After a lifetime of visiting Sunriver you get an idea what you’d like to be close to. We wanted to be close to the village this trip and we’re startled when the house was located literally across the street from the village and the main road (which was NOT in the pictures). Here comes the big BUT….it was a fabulous experience. We were surprised how quiet the house was considering the location. We then felt lucky to be so close to the village and lodge in a lovely little gem of a house. The decor is updated, the beds are comfortable & kitchen well appointed. We did run into a problem with the house having only 1 wine glass, but we reached out to management and they delivered 8 brand new ones the same day. We would rent this place again without question. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home, so-so location…

Pros: The home is spotless, very well appointed and has some nice amenities (hot tub, nice BBQ, ping pong table, bikes). It’s spacious, and would be great for a family vacation. It is right across the street from the village, so a quick and easy walk. Cons/Opportunities for improvement: The garage side of the home is on a quiet street, however the deck, hot tub and back of the house are situated on a busy road with lots of traffic and noise. In addition, there is a trail right in front of the deck and there is a constant stream of bikes/pedestrians, so no privacy. This might be okay for a family, but we were seeking some quiet and solitude, so not optimal for us. The interior of the home is quite dark, especially the master bedroom… some additional/brighter lights would help tremendously. And finally, the mirror in the master bath is warped, like a funhouse mirror - impossible to do hair or makeup without feeling like you’ve had several drinks and been on a roller coaster ;-)… definitely could be replaced. The property management company was wonderful and proactive with communication about the property and check in/out process. Overall it’s a lovely home and close to the village, just not ideal for those seeking some quiet and solitude.

Location, Location, Location!

When you can't truly get a "bad" location in Sunriver due to the ease from the bike trails and beauty of the entire area, this particular house takes the cake with the location. With small kids, I knew they wouldn't want to walk/bike far to the necessities of the coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and activities, so the house was a perfect fit being directly across the intersection (shaded by plenty of trees). The bike trail directly outside gave us access to a quick ride to SHARC, the Lodge, golf, restaurants, Nature Center and Fort Rock playground. We didn't hear much traffic or bike trail noise despite its proximity. The communication with the property managers was excellent- being able to text them immediately with small issues was very useful. Our bikes were fixed and replaced quickly. We were welcomed with incredibly thoughtful birthday gifts for kids and found the whole home to be filled with kid-friendly amenities. Highly recommended for families with kids! The beds were comfortable and linens were soft, although the mattress in the primary bedroom sagged just a little (or may be too soft?) for my lower back. Black out curtains in the primary would be suggested for light sleepers. Clean and comfortable throughout the house. The garage was full of activities for older kids and bikes. Sunriver is a magical place full of family activities, biking and swimming adventures and peaceful walks amongst the trees. This rental was a great spot to explore it all from.

Great house for family of four

Excellent, clean house for our family of four, very close to the Village. We loved the ping pong and fireplace. The only small thing we would suggest is towel hooks by the hot tub.

Fantastic stay in Sunriver

We were in Sunriver for a wedding and this was the best property possible for us. This property has a lovely private hot tub and a fantastic fire place. The property was very cozy and clean and less than a 5-minute walk to the plaza with restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. I can highly recommend this place for a sunriver stay.

Close to the Village

Amazing Location, Beautiful House

The location was perfect, close to the lodge, pool, SHARC, Village and bike trails. The neighbors are far enough away to be super quiet. The house is stocked with just about everything you need. If you have small children the house has sippy cups and other items to make life easier. The layout was perfect and the beds were very comfortable.
