Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway, just a stone’s throw from Sunriver Village. It’s the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends, and yes—your beloved pup is welcome to join the fun!

The cozy living room has comfortable furnishings, perfect for a night in front of the fire. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up your family's favorite meals. The main level holds the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Head upstairs to find a loft with a twin bed with twin trundle, perfect for the kids. The second queen bedroom can be found up here with an attached full bathroom.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Unwind in the private hot tub under the clear Sunriver skies, enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, or fire up the grill on the deck for a delicious outdoor meal. We had a great stay! Super cozy house and the heating system is great for the winter! We loved the fireplace, cable, kitchen tools, and hot tub. The location is great so close to the village you can walk there. Close to walking paths as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Decent space for a 4 to 6 person family

The hot tub was nice and hot with jets and nice to have there. Seemed to have way too much chlorine though.The main bedroom bed was very conforatable for me. It was a perfect sized space for me and my 4 person family. Unfortunately I was told we could get late checkout or early checkin and neither happened so that was disappointing. We had come from a very nice airbnb but they were 2 smaller ones with shared pool and hot tub. It was cheaper and the check in and out times were much better for us. The space was new and updated. I didn't like how old and spider webby this house cabin was. It needed many updates especially the tub. I get the cabin look as we are from Alaska but I would have loved a much more updated space with much better or more AC. It was very hot in the rooms even with fans as the AC worked great in the kitchen and livingroom only. Overall I would not stay there again as we pay a lot of money and come a long way. We have much rustic in Alaska so I like to get away from that style. Especially if it's just more like old.

Locked out

We arrived late after a day of travel to get to the property. The electronic lock started to work then died before it could unlock. I tried the after hours line and was told someone would get back to me asap. While waiting I walked around and found a way into the property (yes I checked to make sure it was the right place). I got a returned text the next morning. They sent a tech out to replace the lock batteries and everything else was great. They gave us a gift certificate as an apology. No harm done, but we almost had to find another place to sleep for the night.

Great stay for familes

We had a great time at this place. There's lots for everyone to do. The kids enjoyed the bike paths and the nature and I enjoyed the hot tub. Fun little property with lots of entertaining things to do.

Decent but dated

The house is very dated, it was very clean and the location is prime to The Village. However, very old house, poor bathrooms, the shower/tub is old and in poor condition, the heating system involves 3 types, gas fireplace, a mini split and baseboard. Nice house, but desperately needs to be updated.

Birthday getaway

Great stay! House needs some improvements. And cleaner could spend a little more time, we found some dried up worms on the floor and cob webs in the bedroom. But overall we enjoyed our time.

Expected better

After looking forward to our stay in Sunriver, I must say that walking into Deer Lane 1 was disappointing. The property is”tired” as if there is no care or attention being paid to this home. It needs a spiffing up, paint, bathroom freshening. The property is clean, beds were comfortable, but for the money we spent, my expectations were higher. The house sleeps 6, there were only 5 dinner plates, no serving platter. No coffee filters, how about a gold filter? No drain board for the dish rack. Yard needs tending, some of deck furniture is old and needs replacement, maybe a chaise lounge or 2. Upstairs shower curtain was ripped and hanging in upstairs bathroom. No response from Bennington after we wrote email questioning coffee filters. I have stayed many times in Sunriver rental properties and this has been the most disappointing.

Not the nicest house, but okay

I love Bennington Properties and always try to rent through them when we stay at Sunriver, so my review is not a reflection of their service, which is always great. We stayed here 7/22/15 - 7/27/15, and this particular house was one our least favorite of all that we've stayed in at over the years. It looks better in the pictures than in real life. It wasn't horrible and there was nothing misleading in the description of the house, but it just had a dingy look and feel to it, and it wasn't the freshest smelling of houses (we got air freshener and carpet powder to sprinkle throughout the house to help with the musky scent). The house might not have felt so dark and unwelcoming in the winter, as it definitely has a more rustic, cabin feel to it than a bright house, but for a summer trip it just felt gloomy and claustrophobic. The tv was also really outdated. Overall I wouldn't recommend this particular house if you can find another in the same price range or a little more; but if you're on a budget, it's not terrible. And the location is super, really short walk to the village, so that's a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was awesome! I loved the cabin itself as well as the location. It was cozy, warm and wonderful! What was really sad was that the main reason I picked this cabin was because it had a hot tub, and the hot tub didn't work. The first night we were there, we tried to get in and the jets didn't work and the water was lukewarm. We called the next morning to have somebody come look at it, and they did, but that night we tried to get it and the jet only came on for 30 seconds and then turned off again and the water started to cool. So, a hot tub being the main reason we picked it, and we couldn't use it, was sad. If I give a lower star than 5, it's only because of this.
