Wonderful stay in San Destin

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all the amenities of this property. The communication from the rental company was great and they even answered a question about the golf cart on Christmas day, which was our check in date. We will definitely will return to stay at this property again.

Perfect in every way. Modern and clean, as advertised. Great location. Pool and beach are close and easily accessible via provided golf cart. Constant communication from the owners made the check-in and check-out processes easy. We will definitely stay here again.

A nice vacation

The property was really nice and fit all of our needs while we were away from home. It fit perfectly for our beach vacation. Lots of room and a great kitchen area to be able to make meals at home instead of needing to eat out everyday. The screened in porch was great. A nice way to be both inside and out. Would definitely stay again.

We were a family of 4 staying at this property. The location was great! We were no more than a 5 minute golf cart ride to everywhere we needed to go in Sandestin. The condo itself was exactly as pictured online. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Exactly what we expected and then some!

We had a lovely stay! Great locating, plenty of room, and having the golf cart was wonderful. Our only hang up was when we went to get a parking pass, the women who helped us seemed frustrated that we didnā€™t book directly through them and reluctantly gave us a car pass. Other than that 2 minutes it was the perfect week! Would book this spot again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Spring Break Home Away From Home

This property is even better in person. The condo has been recently updated and decorated to make for a very pleasant stay. Everything was meticulously clean and we had most everything we needed. The location was great, and the golf cart was perfect to zip across the resort with close parking. And the communication with the management company was prompt and helpful. Five stars!

Perfect For Our Quick Family Get Awasy

We were so lucky to find this place available last minute. It has been completely renovated and is so cute!! The deciding factor for us was the fact that it came with a golf cart. We didn't have to use our car for our entire 5 day stay. The condo is centrally located and we could drive the cart to The Village at Baytowne Wharf, under the tunnel to the beach and even to the grocery store and tons of restaurants. Super cute and convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property. Would definitely recommend to others.

The property was very clean and updated. We were pleased with the responsiveness of the property managers to any concerns we had (which were very few). We couldnā€™t find a broom to sweep up sand and they dropped a new one off the very same day! The only complaint we had was that the ā€œprivateā€ beach access at Sandestin was very busy. It was nice to drive the included golf cart to that nearby beach but we preferred finding a quieter beach access which was about a 10 minute car drive away.

Great Spot

This condo is fully updated with the exception of carpet in bedrooms and by sinks in master. Only two issues were a very strong mildew smell in master bed/bath and the AC didnā€™t want to stay on the temp we would set it on at night. Other than that, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Golf cart is PERFECT!

Family Stay Vacay Tradition

This is our 3rd year staying at Beach and Bay for Days. Perfect for families. Private resort and golf cart rides to Baytown Wharf. We canā€™t imagine staying anywhere else. Golf cart comes with your stay and a 3 minute ride to the beach across the street. We never had to leave the resort in our vehicles. Everything is within golf cart distance. We can not wait to come back year after year.

Beautiful condo!

My family and I have stayed at several beach condos and we have all decided that this is our absolute favorite!! The beds are comfortable, nice new appliances in kitchen, loved the view in the morning and night, convenient location to Baytowne Wharf, heated pool, ponds for fishing, beach, etc. We loved having a golf cart too!! I canā€™t say enough good things about this property. We liked everything about it. It is so beautiful. It looks even better than what you see in the pictures. One of the best places we have stayed at for sure! It is so well kept, super clean, and extremely convenient. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It is located in a very beautiful, safe area with tons of fun activities to do. The golf cart made it even better. The managers of this property are amazing and super easy to communicate with. Beautiful luxurious condo

One of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at in Sandestin. Having the golf cart makes anything you want to do simple and easy to get to. We had a wonderful stay!

Southern Oasis

We adored this two bedroom unit that look like something right out of a magazine. From the screen porch we watched the fireworks, a raccoon, and an owl. The Place was extremely clean and we Thoroughly enjoy the high end appliances. The only critique I could give is that it either needs Netflix or Blu-ray DVD players for the televisions so there is something to watch at night without commercials. Angie L. Dothan, AL.
