In the ground pool fantastic for before or after the beach. The pool in fantastic and can be utilized at night with lighting. A fenced in back yard allows all families to enjoy with the safety of knowing the kids are safe. Outdoor shower a must have for any Cape Cod house.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this conveniently located, spacious, well appointed home. The hosts communicated well with us before and during our stay. Definitely would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Cape Cod.

Fantastic Stay!

Tyrell and Todd’s home is beautiful! The neighborhood is in excellent proximity to everything! Home was very clean upon arrival and everything was just as described in listing! Pool and outside area were a big hit for kids and adults! Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Place

We had an amazing experience with the owners and property. A perfect quiet neighborhood set back from the craziness of the cape. House was very clean and much bigger than I expected from the pictures! Pool was great!

Lovely weekend in the Cape!

We had a lovely long weekend. Everything we needed was available in the house or a short drive away. Whether we were at the house, using the pool and backyard, or out an about, there was plenty to enjoy.

Summer at Centerville

The property was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood and the whole family enjoyed the pool immensely. Todd was also very responsive to any questions.

Wonderful!

My family and I recently spent a week at the house for a mini family reunion and had a great time. Owners were friendly and helpful, and house was conveniently located, clean and had plenty of space. Traveling with a special needs child can be challenging, but the separately fenced pool and yard definitely helped eased safety concerns, and both were thoroughly enjoyed! The pool table in the basement was also a lot of fun! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

A home away from home

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is an amazing home immaculate inside and out. There was an abundance of clean towels and something as simple as hand soap in the bathroom. It’s not hard to see that this is a labour of love. My only regret was that we didn’t have longer. I would highly recommend this home to any potential guest.

Perfection

Our stay at Todd and Tyrell’s Centerville house was truly as good as it gets. It was by far the best rental vacation experience we’ve ever had. The house was so clean when we arrived—the first one I’ve stayed at that passed my admittedly ridiculous nit-picky standards. Unless you’re looking for a beachfront property, the location of this house really can’t be beat. It is conveniently close to everything from the grocery store, to the beach, to one of the best ice cream shops on the cape, to the most wonderful little breakfast/lunch spot and even mini-golf. It was hard for us to get to the beach only because my three boys were loathe to leave the pool and beautiful, spacious backyard. (Oh, and the novelty of the garage vending machine was a HUGE hit! At a quarter a beverage it may be the best deal in Massachusetts!) I highly recommend staying here and hope that my family will be able to again next year. Thank you Tyrell and Todd for a truly great stay!

Fabulous stay

This is our second time renting Todd & Tyrell’s home. We love this home. We spent most of our days sitting by the pool. The house is super clean and accommodating to our two families! Tyrell and Todd are great hosts! Location is perfect!

Great family vacation

Stayed here with my significant other and our 4 children ages 8, 7, & two 4 year olds. The house was perfect for us. A great location to beaches and other neighboring towns for shopping, restaurants etc. We played mini golf and rode carts nearby and also went to a waterpark about 20 min away that we had a blast at! Craigville beach was closest and it was very nice and clean. $25 to park for day but worth it. The home itself is beautiful. Very nicely decorated and plenty of space. The yard was the best part of all. The pool was perfect as well as the outdoor grill and patio. Enjoyed eating our meals outside. The yard (both back and front) were great as well. Meticulously maintained property/gardens. The hydrangeas are gorgeous! Kids had a blast playing in the yard space. The street itself is beautiful and quiet. The kids enjoyed riding their scooters in the road. Plenty of room in driveway as well. Outdoor shower was fun for kids too! The finished basement was great as well. Kids enjoyed playing pool and darts and we enjoyed watching movies before bed. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. They have the house stocked with plenty of beach/pool/bath towels. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper too. Tons of beach chairs as well. We also used one of their coolers to go to beach. It was nice not to have to pack a cooler or chairs when you are traveling with lot of kids and their stuff! We literally had the best time ever on the property. We have traveled many places, both near and far but this was honestly one of our best trips to date. We enjoyed our time so much there. The only negative part about the whole trip was that it had to end. The house looks even better in person! Pics don’t do it justice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Hoping to come back next summer!

Awesome week at Cape

Had a wonderful time at the rental, despite unseasonably cold June weather. Pool heater wasn’t working and owner pro-actively offered to reimburse an amount for the inconvenience - so unexpected but much appreciated! House was spacious and comfortable and owners were very easy to work with. We would love to rent again in the future!

Beautiful location, comfortable and close to everything we needed!

This house was perfect in every way. The host was and house are wonderful. The house was big enough for 5 adults and a toddler - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that we we could stay out of each other's way. Plus, plenty to keep us entertained even while vegging at the house - pool, games, pool table, darts, wonderful garden/lawn. We had wonderful meals delivered and enjoyed going to close-by restaurants. Almost everything we wanted was less than 15 minutes away - beaches, restaurants, shopping. It was truly a relaxing, fun vacation. Can't say enough about how nice this property is. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect end of summer trip

We ended our summer with a stay here and it was perfect. The check-in process was simple and safe. Place was well cleaned and all areas were well organized - especially in the kitchen. The owners have thought of everything in these times: disinfectant wipes, lots of paper towels, nothing in fridge or cupboards - all the right stuff to ensure safety. I also appreciated the attention to detail that made this stay easy like the little bottles of toileteries in the bathrooms. Finally - the highlight was the amazing yard and heated pool. AMAZING! A huge hit for our whole family. We can't wait to come back in the future!

Tyrell and Todd were amazing hosts; place was spotless and there were many thoughtful touches to ensure we were comfortable and not inconvenienced. Tyrell showed us around the property personally at check-in and check out was incredibly simple. Communication was awesome. Hope to visit next summer!

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house is situated on a quiet street, in a great area of the cape. The yard and pool are terrific. The house has plenty of space and everything you could need. The owners were always responsive and ready to help if anything came up. You won’t regret choosing this property!

Fantastic week on the Cape!

Todd and Tyrrell's home is beautiful! Communication with Todd was easy leading up to our stay, and when we arrived Tyrrell met us and walked us through, explaining everything we might need. The house is spacious with a great lower level for hanging out, and the outdoor area with pool, grill and huge backyard was perfect for the week. Every room is nicely decorated and the entire house was incredibly clean upon our arrival. Hope we have the chance to spend time there again!
