We travel a lot, and this was probably the most immaculate condo we have ever stayed in. Check in was easy, the grounds were awesome and the view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

A beautiful home away from home

I stayed here for my birthday and the condo looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Unreal view and resort

The unit was amazing new and upgraded The View was to die for and the resort was clean and very friendly great location on the island I highly recommend it

Amazing condo in Belize!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Mariah was SO responsive and helpful. The condo is even nicer than the pictures, which is always a great surprise! Lots of space, a fully stocked kitchen and fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful condo

Mariah’s condo is extremely well appointed. It’s in a newer building in the Grand Caribe resort, with a large balcony overlooking the ocean and piers.

Condo was fabulous!!

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony and bedroom was lovely. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in for a vacation rental. The hostess was very thoughtful she send great information before we arrived and checked in on our first day to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!!

Great place- beautiful, safe, location

My teen daughter and I stayed at the Grand Caribe condo for a long weekend. It was our first time in Belize so we were not sure what all to expect. The condo was clean, the resort beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful (especially the concierge), and a great location- quiet and also 10 minutes from San Pedro. Highly recommend!

Relaxing on the Oceanfront patio and listening to the waves fall over the Belize Barrier Reef is our favorite! I truly hope you and your daughter will stay with us again in the near future! The condo and owner communications were better than pictured unfortunately the sargassum grass (seaweed ) was terrible this time of year we didn’t let it ruin our vacation, but talked to some people who did It’s all what you choose to focus on It’s a beautiful place

Nice area

This is a beautiful condo. The daily housekeeping kept it exceptionally clean. My husband and I have traveled a lot and this is the best stocked kitchen we have even stayed in. The views are beautiful and the location on the property was perfect for us. Room service at the resort is quick and delicious. Mariah was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was the perfect host!

20th Anniversary!

What a trip! Belize was amazing! Maria, the owner of the condo we stayed in, is the best! She helped us with recommendations, tons of information about Belize, the resort, local favorite spots, everything. The staff at Grand Caribe is wonderful and very thoughtful! They decorated our condo for our 20th. They are very kind and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to shop. We loved Belize and our stay at Grand Caribe. We are already planning our return trip! Rent this condo, you will love it!

Perfect beachfront condo

This has been one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. When I say Mariah has thought of everything, I truly mean *everything*. The decorations are absolutely charming, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The beach accessories were top-notch, making our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. And the coffee bar? That was the perfect bonus touch! Wcouldn't have asked for a better experience

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's a perfect location and the property has every aminity necessary. The condo itself is perfectly stocked with everything needed. If you plan to cook, they have thought of everything. The daily room service restaurant is not much to speak of for quality of food. So the kitchen was perfect. The view of the ocean is amazing too. Daily housekeeping also a plus. Thank you for allowing us the experience.

Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. As first timers to Belize this property was perfect! The property is immaculate. The place is even better than pictured. It is very updated and felt just like home. The place has everything you would need on a trip and more. The location is great , nestled between town and the north part of the island. It is peaceful and relaxing. The staff on property are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. The host is also amazing. Mariah kept in touch as needed and was always available if we had any questions. She even gave us some great suggestions of places to visit while in Belize. I would definitely stay here again when , no if, we return to Belize.

Beautiful unit and property!

We will be back to this beautiful place! Couldn’t have ask for better accommodations or customer service from Mariah. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The North side of the island has grown so much since the last time we visited San Pedro. So happy to see the road is paved now! Beyond excellent!

Mariah and Dean have gone above and beyond to make their Belizean condo the best possible experience. Their attention to the small details made us feel right at home and we had every amenity we needed. The Grand Caribe resort was welcoming as well in every way. We loved our first visit to Belize and if/when we return we will book this condo once again. Thank you Mariah and Dean for the major role you played in helping us create a relaxing, memorable vacation!
