Grand Caribe is a stunning beach front, 5 star resort, located on the island of Ambergris Caye. Belize is consistently rated as Trip Advisors #1 vacation destination in the Caribbean and Grand Caribe has consistently been named the #1 resort in Belize.

Grand Caribe has 6 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 docks and many water activities. The resort is just 2 miles north of the town of San Pedro which is far enough away for a quiet retreat yet close enough to town to enjoy restaurants, bars & shopping and the beautiful people of San Pedro, Belize.

Our unit is one of a limited number of Ocean Front units, located on the ground floor for easy access. The unit is approx. 1550 sq. feet of luxury, including stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, & amazing details such as mahogany wood trim, local art work, arched door ways, tray ceilings just to name a few.

Spacious open floor plan includes outstanding Caribbean ocean front breezes and amazing views from living & dining room, master bedroom, and private balcony ~ the ultimate location to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Master bedroom features beautiful ocean front views, King bed, lockable safe, attached master bath with large walk in shower. The second bedroom features the option of King size bed or two twin beds (renter's choice), lots of closet space, and private bath with large walk in shower.

The perfect spot for a family vacation!

We had such a great time at this beautiful property. It the perfect location right on the water. The unit is very comfortable. The staff at Grand Caribe were so friendly and it was great to be able to have our unit cleaned as we needed it done plus they did our laundry! The owner Jeff was awesome and responded quickly to all of our questions. He also sent recommendations ahead of time on restaurants, excursions as well as tips for the area which were very helpful. We had an amazing time!

Perfect Beach Front Condo

Such a wonderful ocean front condo. It was equipped with everything we needed for our family of 5. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and evening and loved the ocean views. The resort was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. And the laundry service was a huge bonus!

Perfect getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, spacious and the view of the water every morning was amazing. I had no idea that the condo would have a cleaning crew that would make up your room everyday, they also did a load of laundry for you upon request. That was such a hit for us, especially since we had just spent 3 very raining days in Caye Caulker. Our stay was very nice and we can’t wait to come back to visit again sometime!

Best Location @ Grand Caribe!

We loved our stay at Grand Caribe! We've stayed here before and were familiar with the property and it is the best on Ambergris Caye, in our opinion. This unit was ocean front and close to the beach, pool, pool bar, store, and restaurants onsite. The only thing that was disappointing were the beds... the master bedroom was so uncomfortable (in my opinion, very hard/low mattress) that I slept in the 2nd room with my daughter. The 2nd bedroom bed consisted of 2 twins pushed together with a big foam topper and was more comfortable for me personally. I realize bed comfort is all very relative. The service onsite was OUTSTANDING and the cleaners came daily (what a treat in our post-covid world) and they even did our laundry. Please remember to tip them well, especially if they're doing your laundry :) We ate at both restaurants but Rain was our favorite. I highly recommend catching the sunset here. The food was outstanding and live entertainment created the perfect ambiance for a casual, romantic dinner - with our kids. HA! You can use a variety of water equipment free of charge at the beach: kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel and fins, etc. No hobie cats/sail boats though. One day we took the kayaks & my 11 year old daughter took a paddle board and we all headed out to the reef from the shore. The water is so blue and clear all the way out there and shallow! We felt very safe. Some people will tie their kayak or paddle boards up to the buoys out there and snorkel along the reef. If you're a scuba diver or want a casual low-key snorkel trip we highly recommend Chuck & Robbie's. We've been using them for over 13 years and it's nice to see some of the low-key casual businesses continue as AC is built up and made into a tourist destination. If it's your first time on AC, we highly recommend you fly into Belize City and then jump on a smaller puddle jumper (we always use Tropic Air) to catch a quick 15 minute plane ride to the island. Then rent a golf cart on the island. The Grand Caribe offers cart rental and you can rent them daily or weekly. Or you can arrange one ahead of time and they'll meet you at the airport with your cart. We do NOT recommend Avis!!! We ended up with 3 different rental carts and one of them the entire tire completely fell off while we were driving it! Their carts were REALLY used. I'd personally recommend One Love or Rocks Rental Carts. Make sure to hit up the Truck Stop, Secret Beach, and the bakery! Book this condo NOW!

Great place right on the beach

Wonderful spacious rooms; super clean; right on the beach and easy access to the dock for excursions. Golf cart rental on site. Good food and drinks + friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beachfront Property

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as promised, location of unit was ideal, views were amazing (much closer to water and pier than appear on photos), Jeff the owner was extremely communicative and helpful, and they do your laundry for free!! Book it- you won’t regret it…
