3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Beds. 3 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, charcoal BBQ, deck, double garage, fenced in backyard. This very comfortable home has blue water ocean view from the deck. Nicely furnished and quiet. At the top of Park Hill, just a short walk to the upper ranch trail and only 1/2 mile to Shamel Park and the ocean. This is a split level home. The upstairs is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen are upstairs as well as a half bathroom. The downstairs consists of the two other bedrooms and a separate tv room.
Dog friendly.

Beautiful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a beautiful house & very quiet neighborhood. It's close to grocery stores, Moonstone Beach & plenty of dining options. My only advice to future guests will be to be careful & alert driving down on Lancaster, there's no stops signs on crossing streets.

Relaxing vacation

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Place is clean and cozy, exactly what you see on the pictures. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset right from the windows. Within walking distant to Fiscalini ranch and the beach to enjoy the views. However, the living room can use better lightings and a bigger television. And the kitchen could use a pair of scissors.

wonderful location, really nice house. Our only problem was a complete inability to figure out how to use any of the televisions! Fortunately Cambria is beautiful and that was not a huge problem!

Cambria/San Simeon Trip

The house was immaculate and really quite spacious with a large master suite, two other bedrooms, and 21/2 baths. We also found the property manager most cooperative and responsive. Due to recent storms, they had put a dehumidifier on the lower level which we did use.

Cambria Vacation Rentals has been my vacation rental choice in Cambria for over 20 years, Heidi and Janet are very easy to work with. Rain, wind, and sunshine during my visit.

beautiful home in a magical location

I can hardly wait to return. The area is a place to decompress and appreciate. With the Fascilini Ranch so close, one can lose themselves in nature. The home is as listed and we were very comfortable in the home. It was difficult to leave. As a matter of fact, I am already planning a return trip. Cambria Vacation Rentals was easy to work with and Heidi made the experience personal and welcoming. I highly recommend using Cambria Vacation Rental, no matter which home you choose. However, this one was great! Thank you Heidi

We appreciated having the kitchen- with good quality pans for cooking (visited during COVID and we wanted to avoid restaurants). House was very clean when we arrived. Since it was just two of us (a couple) so we used the top floor primarily and the layout worked out well for us. The space would be good if we had kids with us (two bedrooms downstairs plus the spare tv room).

The house has no candles, flashlights, or other devices that one can use to help see. We had our phones as the only light source. Candles would have been nice. Power outages are pretty common in Santa Barbara and I would assume in Cambria as well.
