Beautiful 1800 sq ft townhouse. One mile from Imperial Beach Pier on Silver Strand between Coronado Cays and Imperial Beach. Shopping, dining and recreation nearby.
Fully loaded kitchen. Great for culinary enthusiasts.
3 bedrooms (Two queen size + One king size). 2 1/2 baths. Patio outside with electric grill available. 2-car garage.
Jump on your bike and ride along the strand. This home includes direct access to the bike path so you can enjoy the beach lifestyle.
• Walking distance to the beach, 15 walk to Imperial Beach.
• Close to tennis courts.
• Coronado Public Golf Course nearby.
• Bike paths leading to Coronado and Chula Vista.
• Close to Downtown San Diego and Coronado Bridge.
• Close to the San Diego Bay National Wildlife.
• Suitable for kids.

NO access to Pool or Spa.
Parking in common areas is prohibited. Otherwise it will be towed. Vehicles must fit in the garage (2-car parking garage). If vehicle is a truck, it should be the same size or smaller than a Toyota Tacoma. Keep garage door closed at all times unless entering or exiting.
NO smoking inside or outside the property.
MAX of 6 people allowed.

Great Townhouse

We had a group of 7 stay, and the townhouse very comfortably fit the whole group. It's decorated beautifully, and the bedrooms are all very nice with comfy beds. Very clean, and nice to have a two car garage. Not far from Imperial Beach, you can actually walk there in about 15 minutes.

Charming Townhome Near Beach

Pictures don’t tell the whole story. Much prettier in person. Top notch furniture and decorations. Very clean and professionally managed. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

The property was beautifully decorated, fully stocked and extremely clean! Great location and WILL book again! Our son is stationed here in San Diego on the Theodore Roosevelt. We enjoyed every second of our stay. We travel constantly and have had our share of not so good.. this property is perfection! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing

The property was awesome. Close to a lot of shopping places. Close to coronado. Theres a walking path of the property that takes you to a wetlands preserve. Its beautiful to walk in the morning. The place was clean and spacious for 6 people. Had a blast here. I would totally rent this place again.

Family wedding at Balboa Park

Great location, very quiet friendly neighborhood, lovely, clean and very comfortable home and beds, 450 ft from really lovely Bayside Birding and Walking trail, easy quick highway access to get to where ever you want to go, good grocery stores/health food stores brief easy drive, fun yummy local beachside restaurants at Imperial Beach and Chula Vista all quick easy drive and lastly importantly very responsive easy communications with owner Edmund when we had a minor brief wifi hiccup. Great VRBO, great stay! We will stay again when visiting family in area! Thank you Edmund!

Property is amazing and beautiful. Not far from beach. We didn't use much but they have everything imaginable froom forks, spoons to beach toys, wagon, and bikes. Everything is in pristine condition. The ONLY bad thing was our truck parking it in the garage it "barely" fit. Big Dodge Ram. There were no open free spots after many tries we finally got it on the right slant to work. Plus we had a Honda SUV. Other than that so Awesome. Ty so much to the owners. We made great family memories. We would stay again but bring our smaller car.

Perfect spot 20 minutes from everything

Close to the beach and pier 1 with great dining options. 20 minutes to SeaWorld and the zoo. House is very clean and perfect for 5 people.

Great villa on the water with beautiful garden

This property worked out great for us, with wonderful outside entertaining space and comfortable bedrooms. There´s even a Spa in the driveway! Great swimming from the private beach and easy access to town.

My family and I were in town for a 90th birthday celebration. This was as close as we could stay to Coronado and the location worked out great.

Spacious and updated townhouse

This property was perfect for myself and my group of friends. Check in was very easy. Location of property was amazing we were so close to everything. Inside I couldn’t believe how big it was. Couldn’t have been more perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, Clean, Modern, Quiet

This property was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, quiet and accessible( Not a lot of traffic!)All of the appliances and amenities were operating very efficiently. The check-in process went very well. The beds were comfortable! Bathrooms are modern and clean. I personally liked having access to the garage. The Hike and bike trail on the property was great. I would definitely rent this property again!!

Nice Family Style Place within a mile of beach

Everything was good. The decor was new and modern. Nice use of space. Pics are spot on but in person it had more space than what it pictured. Only thing I wished they supplied parking passes like the residents have. I have a full size truck that did not fit in the garage. I parked in on of the “Permitted Guest Only” spaces thinking that was ok and my truck got impounded. That had 2 small signs that was partly covered by trees that I didn’t see. They did not have tow away warning signs at the parking spaces. The fine print to the property listing does say that if you don’t park in the garage you will get towed. Unfortunately I didn’t see the fine print.

This place was perfect for what we were there for, while not on the water, several beaches very close. Walking trail close. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
