***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Your unit #107

Unit #107 is on the first floor wrapping around the corner. and offers you a beautiful southwest view overlooking the grass park and the ocean, as well as a direct ocean view. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny direct oceanfront balcony.

The area

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Very nice property and great location! Convenient for families!

The view of the ocean and sunset were spectacular! Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Family was very happy with the whole San Diego experience! We will definitely be back!

Amazing place, Amazing view, Amazing location

This is a superb property right on the beach with windows right to the ocean. Clean, organized, stocked, it was a perfect fit for our family. Location is great with lots of restaurants to walk to and the beach view and deck for lounging was amazing. We loved this property and will hopefully return someday.

The beach and ocean view doesn't get much better.

The condo was very spacious and accommodating and the view was spectacular. It could use some organization in the kitchen and closets. It was clean on the surface, but the condo and entire complex needs a deep clean.

Wanted to love this place NOT COMFORTABLE

We left the property a day early. I love the location and most of the house but the mattress in the master was so lopsided (and small) we decided to come home to get rest. Could’ve rolled right off the side of the bed. As well, we couldn’t take a bath in the big tub because the drain is broken. And the smaller tub was rusted. All the paperwork we received gave working hours indicating the pool or hot tub was working but was not. A couple of windows don’t lock either. The blinds are old and broken so no sleeping in on vacation. You can’t use the fireplace because there are other fixtures in there. As well my husband and mom are allergic to cigarette smoke and a couple people were smoking on the balcony above us. The location and everything else were lovely but for us, these are essentials for a vacation. We could’ve stayed at the hotel next door, spent less money and got a much nicer stay.

This property has a new owner and they have since replaced the mattress. We do include the phone number for maintenance if you have any problems during your stay. Most problems such as the tub missing a stopper can be handled immediately along with the blinds. . The pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID. The HOA has just recently reopened it. This was listed on our site that it was closed when the property was booked. The HOA was notified about the smoker in the unit above you. We do wish all owners and guest would follow the rules of not smoking in the building. The new owners are also working on replacing the blinds.

Location location location

The view from this property is amazing. Waves, surfers, dolphins, pelicans and sunset. The unit was just as described. It’s about a half hour drive to most of San Diego’s sights. The only thing that would make it better would be equipping it with more of the basics, including trash bags, salt, pepper, etc.

We stay every summer at a condominium in Imperial Beach but this was our favorite! Everything clean. The views are amazing. Lots of living and sleeping space.

Beautiful View!

We opened the door looked into the house and there was the ocean. Amazing! The house was very clean and comfortable. The 2 full baths could use an update & & water quality was not good while we were there but we are not ocean swimmers so was not a big deal.

Great condo! Pool was amazing, beds were comfortable. Needs basic supplies.

We had a great time. Watch the water, it got contaminated due to the Mexico border. So the beach was closed for half of our trip. Condo could use basic supplies ie: salt, pepper, beach towels, pen paper, garbage bags, coffee. All in all the space was great. We loved the central location and walkable restaurants.

Fantastic Place on the Beach

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family. You really can not get closer to the beach unless you set up a tent. My family and I had a blast. It was great having the kitchen to make our meals and the washer and dryer to clean our clothes. It made our stay in San Diego (and the first post pandemic trip) an excellent one. I would highly recommend this place for a family looking for a beach vacation.

Cozy and beautiful place!

We loved the wood floors, beach front views, and how spacious the place was. We have stayed in other units but this was by far the best place due to updated furniture and cleanliness.

Perfection!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this condo for a getaway. It was exactly what we needed. Every morning we were able to watch dolphins play in the surf while we drank our coffee. The unit was very clean and had great appliances. I would suggest bringing basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) with you as what is provided is very minimal.

Perfection!

The large windows in the living room made us feel like we were sitting on the beach while staying in from the December weather. Nothing beats falling asleep to watching the waves and the pier in the master bedroom. The private patio is huge. We loved the large kitchen counter and dining table for our group of six. Our stay was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for beach lovers with kids.

Loved being able to go to the beach so easy. Lots of room in the house for everyone. Could have used some hot pads and Tupperware but we got some at a local store! We loved Bibbey's shells and Rock shop just down the way and The Surf Hut on the corner where we rented body & surf boards. Both had awesome customer service!

Girls Trip

The property is just like the pictures online. It was a seamless check in and out. The neighborhood was trendy and fun. When we were there it was a bit cool, so we liked that we had the location we did. We could get out of the wind a bit and be in the sun. It was so fun to watch all the surfers everyday. Definitely recommend this VRBO!

Amazing views and location!!

Absolutely LOVED the location and views from the place!! Everything was within walking distance and easily accessible. It was awesome to be able to sit on the balcony and listen to and watch the ocean waves. The place was great, spacious and the fireplace was a nice touch. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Fast response time from property management.

My sisters family and mine stayed at this property (4 adults, 5 kids) for 8 days/7 nights. We were so impressed with our entire experience. The initial communication was exceptional from very detailed directions to property and check in, to what is included with the rental and even suggestions of what to bring/buy upon arrival and a list of local restaurants, stores and tourist experiences. Home was beautiful with a picturesque view of the ocean and pier from living room/kitchen/dining room and from the master bedroom. Home was very clean. When we needed extra linens, they were brought within an hour of asking at the office of the complex. The property was also very quiet which was great, especially appreciated as we have young children. We loved the fact that the property was in a gated complex-no access from street or beach without a key. The parking garage was also a perk! Having our own (2) parking spots in a gated underground lot was awesome. They also had 2 shopping carts and a fold out wagon that helped hauling in groceries and luggage for the week. We would definitely book with this property again! Hopefully sooner than later :-)

Great Location

Perfectly situated in the heart of Imperial Beach. Unit was clean with updated kitchen. AC worked great and garage was a perfect complement. Beds could use an update-not the best. Easy access to beach, pool and pier-although master keys tend to stick in the locks and can be a nuisance.

Great space for family. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room; private and comfortable bed and bathrooms. Good laundry facilities and kitchenware, plenty of towels, deck chairs, beach toys, good internet and tv options. Georgeous sunsets, direct access with miles of beach to walk, within walking distance of markets for supplies also, very short drive to anything one might need for an extended stay. Beach closed to swimming/surfing after significant rainfall.
