Spacious 1800 square feet condo with breathtaking Caribbean Sea views,
located by St. Maarten's finest beaches in Cupe Coy.

This two-bedroom condo at The Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect
stay with your friends or/and family. Balconies are all around including in
each bedroom.
The condo's interior is bright, with white color and well finished with a
combination of modern furnishing and smart TV with cable. The main living
space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design with a large and
comfortable white sofa. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with
a design table with seating for six. This is next to the open and large
fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living
room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast,
yacht watching, or sunsets. (There is also a half bath off the living room)

Up to four guests (+ kids sleep in Crib) can comfortably sleep in this large
condo. The two bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom and access to a
terrace through sliding doors.
In April, 2025 the unit changed to all new mattresses.
The master bedroom, features a comfortable king-size bed, en-suite bathroom
with shower/tub, safe, and access to the balcony.
Guest bedroom has two twin mattresses that connect to a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the balcony.

While the property has access to a small very private beach, it is also a
3-minute walk to Mullet Bay, one of St. Martin's finest, and 5 minutes to
Rouge or Long Bay Beaches
On The Cliff's property, you'll find palm trees and tropical greenery along
with a path, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Facing the Caribbean Sea
behind the building and adjacent to the pool is an expansive terrace with
lounge chairs having sweeping views of the ocean and the outdoor pool. (A
perfect place for friends to gather for happy hour or a pre-cocktail dinner)

On the property is an indoor heated lap pool, a SPA, a private tennis court
on-site (with pickleball available) as well as an air-conditioned
fully-equipped fitness room facing the ocean, so you'll have plenty of
opportunities to keep up your exercise regime after dining at so many
top-rated restaurants St. Martin is known for.

From the condo's location on Rhine Road, it is within walking distance of a
very French bakery, a small supermarket, four restaurants, and the beach. A
mile away is a golf course. Maho, less than 2 miles is where you can find
bars, St Martin's largest casino (with free weekly shows), nightlife,
diverse restaurants, a hospital, and shops.
