Amazing rental
My family and I had a great time at this rental. They offer so much in the rental itself (board games, puzzles, movies, cable TV, wifi, propane grill [they reimburse for propane], tennis rackets, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, volley ball, basket ball, books, beach wagon and more) as well as amenities.
The unit itself was relatively clean (some food under the living room chairs) but all showers, beds, tables seemed clean otherwise.
Linen package is "included" as in it seems like it's factored into the nightly rate when you purchase the rental.
The rental company starts you off with some bare essentials (one roll tp, one paper towel, sponge, small dish soap).
My grievances:
The do a digital door lock for the rental unit but you still have to go out of the way to stop at their office to pick up the fob for the amenities. Seems like an unnecessary extra stop when their cleaning staff or a property manager can just ensure that it there when you check in or out. Especially considering Check in is at 4 and their office closes at 530 you have to ensure you make arrangements ahead of time incase you are late or prefer to travel later in the day to avoid traffic.
They list that comforters for the beds are only cleaned of you tell them to clean them when checking out so the first thing we did was remove all the comforters and clean them in the wash. Seems like something that should just be done always regardless.
Other than that I have 0 other complaints.
