Just steps from the community pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, workout room and a short 9 minutes drive to the beach! Enjoy this wonderful family oriented private community but just minutes away to some amazing restaurants. Enjoy Bike riding, Kayaking, fishing and more all without leaving the community!!

This home was amazing...even better than expected. The homeowners attention to detail is top notch. We felt welcome from start to finish. She even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We will surely go back! Thanks to Norma and her family for sharing your beautiful home!

Best Home in Bayville!!

Wow! If I could give this 10 Stars I would! Norma's place is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need! Clean! I mean Spotless. Communication is superior to anything we have ever experienced with renting a home. We have stayed in Bayville every year for over 10 years and this is the best home by far and we will look no further for our future vacation home needs! We had a chance to meet Norma and she was super nice and highly motivated to make sure we had an excellent vacation! And largely because of this home we certainly did!

Wounderfully decorated property with well equiped kitchen.

Property is very conveniently located about 50 yards from the pool and fitness center. Great to have a couple of bicycles available. Nice view of a pond with a fountain looking out the south facing windows . Surrounding area is excellent for walking. Access to townhouse using a keypad is very convenient , eliminating 'key" issues. Overall in excellent conditon and very clean.

The perfect home base for a beach vacation

My first impression walking in the door of Bayville Escape was the fresh, clean scent in the air. The home is just that, a beautifully decorated, well stocked home. It was comfortable for myself, husband , older daughter her significant other along with younger daughter, her husband, and two daughters. The beach was about a 10-15 minute drive. Close to everything but in a quiet community. The community pool was really nice we spent a lot of time there. Unfortunately for us the air conditioning system in the upper bedrooms quit working a few days before our arrival. The owner ran out and bought two air conditioners to help cool the upstairs. Norma could not have been any more attentive to our needs during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to any requests.

Wonderful Getaway

We had such a wonderful time at the beach staying at this property. Norma was a fantastic host and her home was stocked with everything we needed and more! She was fantastic at communicating as well. The property was so clean and decorated beautifully. The view was phenomenal and we enjoyed watching herons, geese, ducks, and robins who had made a nest nearby. The location is great too because we were steps from the pool and a short drive to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

Perfect Weekend Vacation and Family Get-Together

This beautiful home was a true find in Bayville Shores, beautifully decorated and so spacious with four bedrooms and absolutely spotless. We loved the sunroom on the main floor overlooking the pond along with all the wildlife! We hosted a family brunch and this kitchen had everything you could ever need and more than enough space for everyone to move around and feel very comfortable. Our host was wonderful to work with and the check in process was effortless. We all wished our stay was longer and definitely plan to come again soon. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

AMAZING

We had the BEST thanksgiving at this beautiful home! Ms Norma gave us easy instructions on how to enter and everything was very easy. First impression was the home is extremely clean. The bedrooms were large with Rokus in each room and the whole house is very bright. The master bed was very comfortable. My toddlers thought the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was the best part. There was a separate basement suite with its own bathroom that was perfect for my teen. The rest of my family came over for a meal and we were able to have 13 people share food and gather comfortably. The lake view was an added bonus! I truly do not know why someone would leave a poor review. They had to be trying to force the host into a refund. I never felt “watched” by the outdoor cameras while I was here. The third floor master was large enough for all our bags and my baby’s crib, with room to walk around. My older daughter in the first floor room never complained of a TV issue… like that would warrant a bad review anyway. And most importantly, we felt SAFE the entire time. There is absolutely no security issue. My aunt has lived in the neighborhood a while and it is a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. We walked back and forth between my aunts and here many times at 2 am and felt safe. The doors in the house all locked and the screen had no holes. Not sure why a hole in the screen is a security issue anyway when there’s a real door to enter the house. Please ignore that one bad review because my family had an absolutely perfect time at this home.

Owner's nice, but unrelenting with solving complaints for the price you pay to stay.

Pros: Let me just say, Norma was a great Hostess. The place was clean, and smelled wonderful upon entering. The home had a Nest Smoke detector and security camera system outside all exterior doors that alerted her when we came and went and while searing a steak for dinner... Norma was also very helpfull with recommended dining choices. You had everything one could ever possibly need in the kitchen, which was a plus. The 3rd fl. Master was really nice in size and comfort. I wanted to give her place 5 stars really bad. BUT... Cons: The 3rd fl. Master has a balcony deck with loose wooden floor boards... Wow! The 1st floor Master suite was very small compared to the pictures online. The TV in the 1st fl. Master kept going in and out of service the entire stay. My senior citizen family member staying in this room did nothing but complain to me the entire stay, as it hampered her own enjoyment. NOTE: This bedroom has an adjoining screened patio with a sliding glass door accessibility. Unfortunately, the screened patio appeared to had been BREACHED from the outside. There were several large HOLES in these screens. One of which looked to have been cut with something sharp like a knife, in order to unlock the storm door, which led to the outside. This was a SECURITY problem if the sliding glass door to the bedroom was not kept locked. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE after discovering this. When I brought it to Norma's attention she replied that she knew of the holes and was waiting for the HOA to come fix it and assured me that we were staying in a crime free area. REALLY? So, who cut your screens trying to get in? She gave every excuse to how the TV worked before & how the holes got there, other than someone tried to break in & TV acts up OVERALL I think for what we paid to stay there, we should have felt safe and been able to utilize the entire place. We could not use the screened patio because insects came in through the holes. We were leary of 3rd floor Master balcony due to moving wooden deck floor boards. Norma should NOT have rented the place like that knowing it needed repairs. The online pictures did not show the holes. AND Norma... being sorry and making excuses is NOT how you handle paying consumers. FYI, I was treated better by Owners in the Hamptons, NY when we rented a 10 bedroom mini mansion that developed an issue. They made no excuses & immediately compensated me for any inconvenience, without me even asking. Please take notes.

Great house!

We had two families (total of 8 people) and there was plenty of room! The house was beautiful and immaculate; the owners were very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood amenities were a huge plus too - we used the volleyball court, swimming pool and fitness center. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation

My husband and I have been vacationing in Ocean City and staying at Bayville Shores for the past 15 years . The condo we rented this year , was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in. Our condo was spacious, with a fantastic floor plan , and extremely clean . The owner is very cordial … and readily accessible . We plan to stay at this location for the next several years. A great place to stay… Is the foundation for a Great Vacation .

Family Vacation

This property and the amenities is just perfect for a beach stay! The house itself is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. There were 6 of us and there was enough space in the house for everyone to get together or stay apart. The amenities at the complex were great - there is something for everyone. We used the pool, the basketball court, the volleyball court and they were all well kept. Norma was so accomodating and easy to reach with any questions. EVEN WHEN WE LOCKED THE BATHROOM DOOR WITH NOONE IN IT! The area itself is peaceful, yet close to shopping, restaurants and the Delaware and Maryland beaches. Super convenient. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

The pictures doesn't do this property justice.. I fell in love with the condo immediately and plan on taking another trip soon and book this particular unit.. The owners were so nice and made sure our check in and out was an easy never complicated one. I loved that she requested us to bring our own linen because of Covid 19. Very clean and enjoyable.. This is definitely a must if you are thinking about visiting Ocean City or Shelbyville Delaware..

For over 20 years we have vacationed right here in Bayville Shores!! Why because its Absolutely Gorgeous and you can not beat all of the amenities that come along with this private community. The location is in a private setting but yet just a short drive to the beach and tons of wonderful restaurants. So if you are looking for a peaceful family fun vacation that is not in the busy areas but yet just a few minutes away, Look no more!! I'm certain that you will fall in love with this community!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our Unit is just Steps away from the pool, the gym, the playground and fishing pier. We purchased this property for the view and the convenience of just walking around the corner to the pool. and of course on Beach days its awesome to come back and take a dip in the pool. We are just a short 9 minutes to the Beach. Please feel free to ask any concerns or questions that you may have.
