We welcome you to share our lovely bright 2 story home, steps from Craigville Beach in Centerville on Cape Cod, MA with no need for a beach sticker!.

Bright spacious kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig as well as drip coffee maker, and slider to back deck for easy outdoor dining.

First floor master bedroom with king bed, en suite half bath, and slider to back deck. Other rooms include 3 guest rooms - 1 queen, 1 queen with twin bunk beds, den with 2 twin beds, 3 baths, washer & dryer, plus an outdoor shower! Bath towels and bed linens are included.

Our spacious common areas including first floor living room, sun room with atrium door to front deck, and second floor family room, combine to deliver a beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Gas fireplace in living room, 2 Roku 4K TVs with Hulu Live and Wifi included
2 large decks - front deck with dining area and step down to expansive lawn, and private back deck with gas grill, dining space, and beautiful views of the river.

Only a short drive to local super markets, CC Mall, theaters, and downtown Hyannis Main Street shops. Golf, tennis, yoga and gyms are all nearby! Can be as busy or relaxed as your vacation calls for! New to market so many weeks available.

Beach chairs & umbrella, coolers, and beach cart supplied.

Gas fireplace available for Fall & Winter rentals.

4th of July

We had the best time on the 4th of July! There were 4 adults and 5 kids and we all fit perfectly. The beach is directly across the street and there are lifeguards. There was tons of fireworks that you could watch right from the front yard. I would def go back!!

Wonderful stay!

We found this home so very comfortable for our multi-generational family vacation. The house is exceedingly well-equipped, clean, right across the street from the beach, and near many favorite Cape attractions. I can't think of a thing that would have made our stay better, aside from a few more beach-weather days. We hope to return next year!

This property was gorgeous! So convenient being right next to the beach. So spacious and was a great place for 8 of my friends to stay. Would definitrly book again!

Best Cape Rental thus far…

Finally managed to find a rental property that is truly right on the beach (ok yes, there’s a super short walk across the street). Gorgeous home, very responsive property owner, and did I mention proximity to the beach? Overall 5 stars.

A great vacation in Centerville

Our family truly enjoyed our week. The house was comfortable, and very well stocked. Craigville beach is right across the street so that was wonderful. And the owner was very cordial and responsive to questions. We hope to return next year!

Great location!!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so nice to walk to and from Craigville Beach anytime we wanted. It worked great with little kids with different napping schedules to have so many outdoor areas to enjoy around the house. Front deck, back deck, fire pit area, beach….this house offered everything we wanted!

Directly across the street from Craigville Beach, this place exudes a beach atmosphere. Very solid rental, comes as advertised. Layout of property pros privacy. Multiple outdoor spots to sit. Great location but couple of sketchy homes nearby. Well equipped property.

Beautiful spacious home with a great yard and 2 very large decks. Across the street from very nice beach. Close to multiple restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to go back!

My favorite stay!

Cheryl was an awesome starting from day one questions I had. She never got annoyed and was thorough in her response! The house was super clean and nicely decorated and in a quiet area across from the beach! The beach didn't offer public restrooms as they didn't have enough help to maintain them so it was wonderful to be right across the street for that convenience as well. Ten of us girls and no complaints!! We took an Uber to Hyannis for dinner and drinks and it was about 7 min drive. Super convenient! We will definitely come back here!

Excellent Stay

Our stay while attending a charity event at Craigsville Beach was lovely. House is beautiful with everything you’d ever need. Right across the street from the beach and close to town for shopping, etc. I’d recommend it for friends and family.

Beautiful relaxing oceanfront home

This was a beautiful well kept home. We were so comfortable here! The home was immaculate and directly across from the beautiful beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach equipment for the relaxing week we needed. The owners are lovely and easily available. A gem!

Perfect Stay

When looking for a house near Craigsville beach I came across this one and I am so glad I did. The house is absolutely perfect in every way. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. My wife and kids loved it so much that we will most certainly be back next year. Cheryl was very quick to respond to any questions and I really appreciate that. All in all it was one of our best stays in the Cape that we ever had. Thank you George and Cheryl for your hospitality.

Our favorite house yet!

We discovered Centerville a few years ago and were so excited to come back as a family again this summer. This house is absolute perfection - the location, the bedrooms and tons of sleeping spaces, the den upstairs (which we used as a playroom for the kids) - all of it was just perfect. We can’t wait to go back! And if you do bring your kids, there are plenty of toys!!

We will be back!

Group of college friends got back together for a little reunion. House slept all 10 of us comfortably. Cant beat the location of this home: 1) 1 min walk to beach (not to mention all beach supplies provided by hosts) 2) 5min drive into Hyannis 3) property backs out onto a gorgeous marshland that offers quite the scenery. Big front yard came in handy. Great outdoor furniture. Checkin and checkout was seamless. Not goodbye but see you soon!

Beautiful Beach Home - a must stay!!!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The location simply cannot be beat... the proximity to the ocean is unbelievable! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for a big group of girls! The hosts are super helpful by offering tips about the house, and keeping lines of communication open. We couldn't get the outdoor shower to come on, and after texting Cheryl, she had someone over immediately to take a look and turn the water on for us. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this home and I hope some day to vacation there again! Thanks for a great experience!

Elementary Cape Lovers

You could not find a better location than this if you're traveling with young children. The ability to walk to the beach and even have some basic take out available within walking distance can't be better than at this location. The house is also large enough for different families to find private space for some quiet time. The owners are very easy to deal with and promptly answer any questions one might have.

A great place to stay in Cape Cod vicinity

The owners (Cheryl and George) were fantastic. Gave recommendations and were available should need advise where can eat, sites to visit, etc. Best of all the house was stocked with almost everything you would need from plates, pots, pans, to games for the kids. To spices and condiments .

Craigsville Beach House

My family and I enjoyed the home, especially the expansive front lawn where we spent many afternoons and evenings playing games and having our kids run! The beach across the street was convenient but definitely not what we would want every day so we found ourselves driving 45min (each way) to a much nicer, less crowded beach. Loved the country store down the street!! Absolutely fantastic! My husband and MIL enjoyed take out at Barnacles a couple times which was less than a 5 minute walk down the street. Location was okay. House was nice. Beach was a bit of a disappointment. Cheryl was fabulous with touching base and answering all questions. Couldn’t have asked for better communication!

The house was amazing!! It has so many rooms for everyone and it's fully equipped with everything!

We absolutely LOVED this house!! The location couldn't be better, directly across from our favorite beach which is perfect for having kids who need to go back and forth. The back deck faces this Zen Oasis that I will remember when I need to relax and destress. Inside, the house was so comfortable and clean! It was so great that I would go back in a heartbeat!!
