Our team should always communicate clearly before entering the property, and I’ll be reviewing this to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We do appreciate you mentioning the positives like the great beach access! The seasonal beach service and suggested items to bring were included in your check-in instructions, which were sent out a few times before arrival — but I’ll definitely look into how we can make that info easier to find. It was a bit chilly this November, and with highs only in the low 80s, the pool can feel cooler that time of year. We’d love to welcome you back soon — if you’re looking for warmer weather and beach service, late summer is the perfect time to visit.
