PLEASE NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Fireplaces in living room and master bedroom are decorative only and not for guest use. While golf carts are allowed, they must be parked in the driveway ONLY and counts as one vehicle toward parking maximum. Garage not accessible by guests.
