• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Special Disclosure: We have experienced an increase in uninvited and unapproved pets brought onto the property as well as neighbor complaints. As a result of this we have installed a security camera at the garage location (viewing hard surface area only) and a doorbell cam at the front door. This has been done to protect the tenant as well as owners and management. The Garage is not a designated sleeping area and therefore not considered a common area. The security cameras are in plain sight and no security cameras are inside the home whatsoever. There are a few old security cameras from the previous owner that are still in place. Those cameras are non functioning and are for appearance and deterrent only. 

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
