This colorful, open, and airy getaway features a great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a dining area with seating for six. The full, well-equipped kitchen comes with everything the visiting chef in your group will need to prepare home-cooked meals. Or dine outside on the furnished patio complete with a gas grill. This condo also offers guests access to multiple shared pools on-site.

Felt like home

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We spent our days on the beach and our nights on the comfy couches and playing cards at the dining table. The beds were also great! And love the decor.

Beautifully renovated in Queen’s Grant!

We loved everything about this condo- clean, comfortable, everything new and in great shape. Walk/bike to beach, pickleball, general store - can’t beat the location! Two smallest things- might be time for a new mattress in master and hooks for towels underneath the HH sign on right would be great. Nitpicky, though, this one is fantastic! ( also managed by Vacasa - sorry VRBO but I think it’s less expensive to rent directly through them)

Great little weekend getaway

My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. Location was great, so close to many things. We brought our bikes and biked around, back patio was nice to store our bikes. We rented kayaks just down the road. We almost brought our dogs but didn’t, the listing says dogs allowed but sign in the house says no pets allowed. Arriving Friday night our welcome packet was not at the lock box but the owner called me right away and got the situation handled. The house could use some updating, especially the bathroom, but it was a nice space. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place

The pictures were a little deceiving online. There are no bunk beds. Looks like some beds and decor was changed around but pics have not been updated. It was not a big deal to us but could be for someone else. After I booked I was getting the pics that the house currently looks like but booked it based on the bunk beds photo. The place is decorated super cute, it’s clean and the beds are pretty comfy. Would would defiantly come back and stay again. Thank you

This property was perfect for a family of four, we enjoyed the location and layout of the place. Private deck off the back was perfect for sitting and catching some extra sun. We did speak to Vacasa about the cleanliness of the property, overall it appeared clean but we recommended one good deep cleaning. Vacasa was very responsive and offered to have the cleaning crew return, we did not feel it was needed. It was just an area we felt could have used some improvement. It definitely would not prevent us from returning, overall we loved it! Thanks again.

Pretty clean, tasteful decor, comfortable bed. Unable to sit on patio due to constant loud AC over fence. No kettle or coat-hangers. No outlook. Many extra costs with rental. Limited Waiver Damage refunded? Do renters pay for owner’s insurance? Left early

Clean, nice decor

Arrived and found the unit clean and welcoming. Although we had a pleasant stay, there are a few things that could be improved. Beds in the second bedroom were incredibly uncomfortable and bed linens not warm enough for cooler weather. This was also the first placed we have stayed that seemed renter unfriendly in that there was nothing in the unit such as board games, deck of cards, books, etc. Obviously not required just surprising as this is something most rentals have available. Also, surprisingly no beach chairs - again, not listed but simply surprised as any beach destination we have stayed have always had them albeit likely left from previous renters. Otherwise, kitchen was well stocked and bath linens plentiful. Overall a nice stay but will not consider renting again due to missing basics from a beach rental.

Nice condo, some minor issues

Updated condo, very nice area, open floor plan. Some issues, a couple of “Palmetto bugs” were under the washing machine in the kitchen, ceiling vents were extremely dirty, dishwasher was very mildew smelling, could not use it. Overall, nice place that needs some deep cleaning.

Great place

I have stayed in several queens grant condos…this is by far the cleanest one I have stayed in! It was immaculate. The only issue we had was with wifi. Our contact has very responsive unfortunately it was out of her hands. My only suggestion would be smart TVs so at night families could access their streaming accounts. It was a great stay!

Queens Grant 2 bedroom

Lovely update and comfortable two bedroom with great access to fun dining, beach and shopping. Definitely would stay there again and recommend this for HHI.

Hilton Head Milestone Birthday Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend celebration on Hilton Head and the property was ideal for our trip. Perfectly located in the vibrant and activity filled Palmetto Dunes, the unit was exactly what we were looking based on our short stay. We'd love to come back! The only downside involved the offsite, after hours check in process for our PD gate pass and parking pass was a bit of hassle. A more up to date technology (ie passes accessible online via phone) could be made available.

Beautiful, Clean

This spot was absolutely amazing. It was quiet, yet lively and provided just what we needed. I only wish there were two bathrooms instead of one for 4 people but we worked through it. The property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Nice- convenient- clean

Experience was very good- we’ve stayed in the Queens Grant villas (Palmetto Dunes) previously and like the location...convenient to golf, general store...beach.... and “quick” in/out mid-island location. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the King mattress & box spring and add a head board.

Quick fix to our issue

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we noticed after about 30 minutes of being in the rental that there was no water. We called the provided number and had a repairman there within 20 minutes to fix the issue. The home had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The fence of the patio had been taken down on one side and we weren’t informed of that prior but it didn’t effect our stay very much. Home could use a little bit of updating as you could tell things were slightly worn. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Hilton Head!

Perfect condo for a weekend in Hilton Head with our dog. Contactless check-in was easy and appreciated. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Great location on the island, really enjoyed our stay!
