The Villa Experience & Unique Features
Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, Villa Coccoloba features marble flooring throughout, custom local woodwork, built-in cabinetry, original local artwork, and natural stone accents. Open-concept common areas feature soaring ceilings and wide patio doors designed to capture constant Caribbean sea breezes, while enclosed living spaces offer air-conditioned comfort.
• Full-Service Hospitality: Enjoy dedicated service throughout your stay with a Private Chef available every day, plus daily Housekeeping and Groundskeeper support.
• Full-Service Private Chef: Meal preparation, personalized menu planning, and grocery shopping are fully included with your stay. Groceries are billed separately at cost with zero markup. Upon arrival, a $750 USD cash deposit is provided directly to the chef during your menu consultation to cover initial food and beverage purchases. Any remaining balance is settled on-site in cash (USD or MXN pesos) upon presentation of store receipts and final accounting.

• Natural Oceanfront & Snorkeling Access: The coastline directly in front of the villa features a rugged, natural coral-rock shoreline—perfect for avoiding crowds and taking in raw coastal beauty. It may feature crashing waves in the winter months and calm seas in the summer. Endangered sea turtles nest out front from April to September and can be respectfully observed from oceanfront terraces.

• Bedroom 1 (Oceanfront with direct access to the putting green): Air-conditioned, 1 King bed, 1 single daybed, Smart TV, oceanfront terrace, and ensuite bath with onyx double vanity and a shower with built-in Bluetooth speaker.
Main House — Second Floor
• Media & Work Lounge: Enclosed, air-conditioned space with pool views, seating for 8, 43” Smart TV, board games, and a dedicated workspace with a desk.
• Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): Air-conditioned, 1 King bed, 1 single bed in a private sleeping nook, 40” Smart TV, oceanfront balcony access and ensuite bath with double vanity and Bluetooth speaker shower.
• Bedroom 3 (Luxury Suite): Air-conditioned, 1 King bed, 32” Smart TV, oceanfront balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite bath featuring a backlit onyx wall, deep soaker bathtub, and open couples shower.
Optional Add-On: Private Garden Casita Bedroom (Bedroom 4)
• Located above the garage overlooking the pool and gardens with a small private balcony. Features air-conditioning, Talavera stone flooring, 1 Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, mini-fridge, filtered water station, and full ensuite bathroom.
• Casita Policy & Pricing: Standard bookings cover up to 6 adults (+ 2 small children) in the Main House. Reserving for 7 or 8 adult guests automatically unlocks the private Casita bedroom for an additional $90 USD per person, per night (calculated automatically at checkout when selecting 7+ guests). (Note: The Casita is never rented separately to outside parties, guaranteeing total privacy for your group).
Booking Notes
• Utilities & Guest Comfort: To ensure a seamless stay in our tropical enclave, Villa Coccoloba undergoes regular preventative maintenance and features a backup generator to support essential villa amenities in the event of a power outage.
• Beach & Shoreline: Our oceanfront is a natural, eco-rich coral shoreline. We recommend bringing water shoes for entry when the water is calm. For snorkelling, sheltered Tankah Bay is a quick walk around the point and Solimon Bay is about a 15 minute walk in the other direction. Both bays are excellent for snorkelling. Portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for shore relaxation.
• Group Size & Casita Rates: Base rates include full, exclusive access to the 3-bedroom Main House for up to 6 adults (+ 2 small children). For groups of 7 or 8 adults, the private Casita bedroom is added at an extra guest fee of $90 USD per person/night. Please select your exact adult count at booking so your rate displays correctly. This room is located in a different building.
• Staff Schedule: Chef service is available every day of your stay from about 7:30-19:00. Housekeeping and groundskeeper services are included daily (with one day off during 7-night stays). The chef and staff do not live onsite.
