DETAILS: Located just steps from the beautiful beaches in Rosemary, Mozell Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests. With white stucco, a private pool, carriage house, and over 800 square feet of outdoor space, there is plenty of privacy and space to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.

The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. The chef's kitchen has premium, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island with marble countertops, and seating for 12 at the bar and dining table. French doors open up to a sprawling balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, providing soft sunlight and a bed-swing for the perfect spot to read a book or sip coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and seating area with a private bathroom.

*Your rental property may share a courtyard or lot with a carriage house or main house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party. Unfortunately, the private pool is for the main house only.


Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
