Great family stay

Listing was as described, clean, and comfortable. The amenities suited our family of four very well and we hope to return to Hilton Head and will stay at this condo again.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here on our family vacation to Hilton Head. The condo is beautiful and the resort is conveniently located. The walk to the beach is about a half mile, so be prepared to walk. There is a shuttle that runs at particular times of the day to help accommodate those that can't walk the distance to the beach. The employees are friendly and helpful. Coco's on the beach has great food!

Little Getaway

Perfect location and perfect set up for families. Pools, bike rentals and laundry. Only thing was mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a few little tricks with the appliances in the kitchen. But i would stay again. Very clean!

Super awesome condo!

The owners are so very nice and respond to emails almost immediately. The description was spot on and even better IMHO. Very clean and modern. Very well equipped. Supplied bathroom Amenities which was very thoughtful. Easy check in and check out. Hopefully this unit will be available when we vacation again next year. HIGHLY recommend this condo! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Nice rooms Soft beds

The beds were very soft and not good for my back. Also was not crazy about the fact that I had to strip the bed sheets when I paid for cleaning up front. Did not make sense to me. The bathrooms a little on small size. Look bigger in picture.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean and had everything we needed provided. It was quiet at night which was great. The boardwalk to the beach was BEAUTIFUL at night. I will say the beach was a little farther of a walk than we had expected. We are all in our mid to late twenties and had a wagon and rolling cooler so we were completely fine and it didn’t bother us. The kitchen sink handle is a little loose. If you push it directly up to turn it off it will sometimes fall back down and turn back on but if you tilt it towards you and push it to off then it’s fine. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great condo

Condo was clean and quiet - except for the upstairs neighbors who seems to stomp on the ceiling. The walk to the beach was longer than expected, but not unbearable. There is a shuttle available but we walked every time. I wish it had a balcony - anytime I wanted to go outside I needed to go to a pool. There are chairs at the front door but I didn’t enjoy looking at basically the doors of other rooms. Plenty of room inside and nice decor. Close to lots of restaurants and 10-15 min from pretty much any shops. The outdoor pools were cold because they just opened them a couple weeks ago but the indoor pool was warm. Overall we had a great time!

Couch was broken and basically unusable. Place was unbelievably noisy with painting the next building, prep, etc. so the constant beeping from the lifts all day, five days a week for almost three weeks,that was heard inside the apartment,sanding the tennis courts right outside the apartment,which meant no pickleball,huge fans running from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for three straight days, leaf blowing before 8 a.m., dryers that didn’t work for the entire month, just so much noise pollution! The only respite was to always leave. The condo was awful because of all the noise! There was no way to enjoy outside at all. The owner who came to the condo knew there would be all this noise, because she said these are the times repairs are done. Had we known that, we would not have rented!

We take all guest concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate understanding of what occurred during your visit. Regarding the items you reported, we received your notification by email approximately two weeks into your stay. While the timing was outside the standard reporting window, we appreciated you reaching out and responded immediately. We met with you in person that same day, addressed each concern, and replaced the items you identified as not meeting your needs. We also explained the temporary support under the couch while awaiting a replacement. The couch remained functional, and at that time you indicated the situation was manageable and did not request further action. With respect to exterior maintenance, the work being done in the community was part of routine property improvements scheduled by the association. These projects are managed by the HOA. As we discussed during our onsite conversation, these updates typically occur during off-season months, and unfortunately, they overlapped with your stay this year. We understand how disruptive that can be and are sorry for the inconvenience. You also mentioned an issue with the dryers in your review. This concern was not raised during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have contacted Resort Management immediately, and you also had the option to reach out to them directly. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest. While some of the circumstances you encountered were outside of our control, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working with the association and management team to help minimize future disruptions. Thank you again for your month-long stay and for sharing your perspective. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive. HHI is always a fun time! The walk to the beach is tedious, but thankfully we didn’t have little ones. Definitely worth a stay!

Wonderful Resort Week

My husband and I had a fabulous week at this delightful, very accommodating resort in Hilton Head island. The location is perfect- with the boardwalk to the beach, free shuttles, close access to bike trails and harbors with shops and restaurants. Included pools and sauna were wonderful. We hope to return soon!

Great Hilton Head Stay

The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family of four (two teens). It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our four day stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hilton Head Resort 2021

We really enjoyed ourselves at the resort! The only issue was the elevator going out on our side which made it difficult for us at time. Also, the place smaller than we thought it was. Overall, the owners were very nice and communicated to us very well. Had a great experience and nice memories! Thank you so much, and God bless.

June 2021 Family Vacation

Great property for a family of 4! The living accommodations were great, just wished thst it had ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it would get a little warm during the nights.

Clean and conveniently located on the island

Overall a very nice stay. Unit has been updated and was very clean. The resort itself is a bit dated but has a lot of amenities. Well suited for those with children.

Great Beach stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo and resort were one of the cleanest properties we have stayed. The condo is well equipped with any kitchen and bath needs. The two bedrooms provide plenty of room for couples and families. Plenty of towels are provided. The boardwalk to the beach (a bit of a walk) is scenic and the beach is essentially private for resort owners and nearby homes. It is located in a convenient area to stores and restaurants on HH. Hope to return!

Beach Vacation 2020

Everything you need for a getaway

This was a lovely unit to stay in. It had all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach and was a comfortable stay. The walk to the beach can be long when you're walking in the hot SC sun, but with planning (and a cart!) it's not difficult.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice for our family of four. The owners did many updates -- a modernized kitchen with all new appliances, pots, and pans. The utensils and the glass dining table were dirty. It was good that there were cleaning supplies, so we could clean it ourselves. The beds were comfortable and clean. The Master bathroom was small and uninviting. Appreciate the four beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall, the condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much!

I will share this information with our cleaning service to ensure that these are not overlooked in the future. We'll definitely take a look at the Master Bathroom. However, unfortunately, we are not able to change its size or layout. If you do plan on returning to HHI in the future, we have another 2 bedroom unit in the resort that is a little bit larger in size that you may want to consider. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
