Escape to the beauty of the Sunny Spot on Lincoln to spend the weekend or a lengthy stay on the shores of Lake Michigan .Our home is the perfect getaway to enjoy everything from fishing, water sports to dining an nightlife and even snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. Or maybe its for no reason at all except to simply relax on the beach and relish the breathtaking views. Our home is located on a large 75% secluded spot on the huge back yard with big fire pit close to Lake Michigan Beach. There is a gas grill , an outdoor shower, beautiful large roofed porch to enjoy your morning coffee , a gas grill , table and chairs , perfect for entertaining and dining. The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials ..pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware ,blender, coffee maker ,microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Living room has TV and DVD player ,along with sleeper sofa. There is free WiFi available for your visit and parking available for 4 or more cars .

This place is a hidden gem! Loved the few days we spend there! That outside porch is where we spent all our time!! And beach access is 1.3 miles down the road….would definitely go back and recommend to others!! Thanks for a great few days with the girls!

Clean with lots of amenities. We loved the outside shower and large covered deck. The property was quiet, shady and well maintained. Easy proximity to beaches and a quick walk to a pizza place and ice cream!

The property was beautiful, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were some electrical issues with the house, which were addressed promptly by the host. I would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home. Check in was a breeze, everything was very clean. The home is nice and spacious, plenty of room for our group to spread out. We really enjoyed the back covered patio and the outdoor shower. Very satisfied with our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to check out the area. Thank you!

Sunny Spot on Lincoln was exactly as listed. Kitchen had everything we needed. The patio is wonderful. Location was within 20-30 minutes to every activity we planned. Communication with the host was great! Definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family trip. Spacious and clean. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. We visited St. Joseph and spent the day at the beach and the second day we went to Saugatuck and the house was nicely situation between the two towns. We enjoyed spending time on the large covered porch and the outdoor shower was a big hit for everyone. I would highly recommended this property and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a “Girls Trip”!

Four of us stayed for a week and it was amazing! The bedrooms were small, but all we needed – we wanted a big kitchen, a big deck, and space for a movie night on a property that’s close to Lake Michigan. This location met all of our expectations! Joanna was easy to reach to answer all our questions, and this property is gorgeous in and out. We’d definitely go back.

Great Cottage with amazing deck and outdoor activities

We had a great time staying here. Place was clean and accommodating for my group of friends. Unfortunately it rained the weekend we stayed, but fortunately the covered deck is huge so we were able to still enjoy the outdoors and the outdoor shower was a hit with our group!

Loved this rental!

The property was clean, spacious, and has a very cute exterior and backyard. 3 minute drive to the beach and close to lots of activities in St. Joes. Would recommend this rental!

Great rental

Great rental for a family trip! Drivable to silver beach (large amazing beach for the whole family), downtown St Joseph/Benton Harbor, and wineries! Not within walking distance to much entertainment if that’s what you’re looking for. Great price for close location to all the fun things!

We loved this house and location in Colomo. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house itself feels very private. We like Coloma as it is not "touristy", but it is only 20-30 minutes from Benton Harbor, South Haven and Saugatuck. The kitchen/dining area is huge, allowing us to make that our area to "congregate". House was very clean and met our needs perfectly. Communications with host were responded to quickly. The outside deck was our favorite spot, plenty of room to sit and relax and also had a large table so we could eat outside. I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect Cousin Getaway!

This place was perfect for our annual cousins get together. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the washer and dryer came in handy too. The huge, outside deck was absolutely delightful to hang out in the morning and evenings and the fire pit area was the perfect area to end every evening! There were several beaches close by too. We would definitely come back and stay again!

House review

Wonderful relaxing property! The house is spacious with everything you will need for a great getaway. The outdoor shower was a great amenity, has super hot water and a really nice add to the house. The yard and deck were a great place for our family to gather and was overall beautiful.

Excellent Place

Highly recommend this place. Clean, very spacious and very private. Host was exceptional. Our microwave died so I contact the host and she hand delivered a new one early the next morning!! Our grandkids loved the yard and firepit and it was close to many beaches. We will definitely stay there again!!! Five Stars for sure!!

With a family with little ones this was an excellent place for us. There was outdoor space and inside. They had everything for our 3 year old grandson to do. With a new born I'm very picky where to go. It was clean. thank you for a great family time!

House and property was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 8. The deck and outdoor shower was a big hit, even though it rained a couple nights, deck is big enough not to get wet. I think we only used the indoor shower once! Property is lovely with hydrangeas & hosta, and a big yard with fire pit. We'll be booking for next year! Note, there wasn't any kitchen towels, so bring your own.

Graduation Weekend

It was the perfect place for our 8 family members staying for the weekend for a St. Joseph graduation. We LOVED the huge covered porch for visiting and having dinners! The yard was huge, shady, and beautiful. We enjoyed watching all of the resident animals doing what they do. :) There was a very nice fire pit area that we didn't use, but we did make use of the grill which was large and clean. We liked the house because there were many places for people to do their own thing as well as gathering spaces. Plus, there was a basket of super soft blankets ready for use which was very appreciated! We had a couple of questions while we were there which were answered promptly by Joanna. We would definitely recommend the house as a great place for a large group!

Beautiful, private place

Very beautiful private place to stay and not to far from Lake and St. Joseph. House is fully stocked. Only downside was we only had 4 wash cloths for 8 people. We came at the end of September and it rain most of the time but we had a few days out enjoying beautiful deck and firepit. Definitely would be coming back.

Wonderful vacation home

Beautiful home. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, owner has thought of everything. Bathroom even had shampoos and body wash. The outdoor shower was a bonus. Beautiful covered porch. Only negative, the floors are not even and one person in our party injured a toe on it. Otherwise we had a wonderful visit and would rent again!

Relaxing Stay

What a wonderful vacation we had at this home!!! Beautiful inside and out!! While we did go out and sight see, it was a great place to come back and sit outside on the beautiful covered deck!!!!
