This nicely furnished 2B/1B home is located on a quiet street in Marathon near mile marker 52 within walking distance of seafood restaurants and the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters. This newly furnished, fully stocked vacation rental features all the amenities of home, such as flat screen T.V.s & cable, linens and towels, central A/C, WiFi, dishwasher, washer & dryer, plentiful parking space for boat trailers and more. Nicely appointed kitchen, propane BBQ grill and much more. This tropically styled home can sleep 6 (Queen in Master and Full, & Twin over Full ) in the Second Bedroom. We are also proud to boast our Private Comfortable Heated an Cooled pool in the back yard!

We had the most amazing week! Guy met us at the house and welcomed us. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard area were our favorite spot to hang out. We look forward to returning!

It was all we could ask for during our week long stay. House was perfect for me and my wife. Really enjoyed the pool and being able to get to my boat easily. It had all the aminities one could ask for. Very clean and we had zero problems or comlpaints.

Family spring break

Property was clean. Kitchen does not have an oven and the dishwasher didn’t work. The kids enjoyed the pool.

School Break

Easily accessible, excellent pool, boat dock was of great use, excellent access to to fishing areas, manatees were wonderful, neighbors were quiet. A great family trip!

Great Place To Stay

Very clean upon arrival. Nice layout of the house. The heated pool was definitely a bonus. We all enjoyed out stay in at this little slice of heaven.

Marathon Cold Weather Escape

Enjoyed the warm weather. Spent a lot of time relaxing in and by the pool. Although the pool was nice and warm the hot tub was a disappointment. The hot tub did not have high powered jets or hot water conditions. Nice sunsets on the channel.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

Everything was great about this property!! Upon entering the home I couldn't believe how nice and clean the house was. It was SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures!! Guy, the owner, gave us so much useful information. While we were there new outdoor furniture was delivered. The man who set it up was very helpful in telling us about "hidden" places, not listed or known to tourists. My family of 5 fit comfortably in this home. We seen manatees, iguanas, and stingrays right from the personal dock. The private pool was huge. My family really enjoyed our stay here. When we come back to the Keys, we'll stay here if available. If not, we'll definitely stick with Guy's properties!! The only downside, which we knew before we booked, 1 bathroom; however, we made it work without any argument for an entire week, seeing as I do have 3 daughters(ages 11, 15, and 17).. This vacation rental was just way more than I ever expected!!

Perfect property for a vacation in the keys!

This was a wonderful property for our time in the Keys. We were there for 9 days and I can't say how perfect it was for us. We are a family of two adults with two kids. The place was beautiful and clean, and it had all the amenities. The pool was a great boon, especially when we weren't going to the beach. The kids had an immediate spot for swimming at all times. The property was easy to get to, simple for parking and access, just minutes for everything without being in the middle of the busy traffic areas. We had canal parking for our boat that was 2 minutes from the bay side of the island. Just perfect. Guy, the manager, was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. Quick on communicating, and quick to solve a couple minor issues that came up. Highly recommend this property and rental company!

Family Rental

We stayed at the house for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 6. The house was set up perfectly for a family and had everything we needed. The pool was great for younger kids (lots of sitting ledges). The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. The communication with the property manager was the best Ive ever had. There was a water main break while we were there and the property manager provided constant updates. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely visit again.

Everything you need for a keys vacation

This little house had everything we needed - plenty of beds that were surprisingly comfortable, cable for the kids (disney), plenty of parking, a pool, and a boat slip on the water. The appliances all worked well and were used regularly. We would recommend putting an outlet and a light out by the dock, but we made do with an extension cord. The house was definitely clean and comfortable for our party of 6.

The property was as described and perfect for our family. I agree with other postings that a ladder for use of the kayak would have been nice. But we had a great week and the house suites our needs.

Spring Break 2022

Pictures do not suggest a thousand words for this home- Reviews from over a year ago where it was suggested that they get a ladder for the dock and maybe another kayak- The response from the property manager from a year ago stated that they had approval to get that done, it was not. So I questioned that upon our arrival, the property manager stated that it the ladder was going to be put in on Monday; never showed up. Never spoken of again. The hot tub, is not a hot tub. It’s actually colder than the pool. The AIRPORT is less than 2 miles from the property. You are right under the flight path for incoming and outgoing planes. The kitchen is outdated with no pantry space. The dishwasher is very old and had to be serviced while we were there and didn’t really work all that well. Not a lot of shade on the back patio. If you are looking for a house just to sleep and that’s it, this is the house for you. There’s a place to dock a boat, but few bumpers and no ladder Not a great family place. Good for a guy who has little to no expectations.

Great Location

We had the best experience. The location was great! Very clean. The property manager answered any questions immediately. The dock in the back was very large, enough to fit a 40ft boat. If I had to state something negative it would be the limited space for a pantry. I would definitely stay there again!

Marathon vaca

This was a well equipped small home in Marathon with a lovely backyard pool area and patio. Guy met us there, showed us around and was attentive to our needs. One thing to be aware of, this property is near the small airport and is directly underneath the flight path of the planes. Some days were quite busy, and it was pretty loud when you were outside. Great spot if you were to rent a boat. Not a whole lot to do on Marathon itself, and we drove to other locations most days. There is one kayak on the property, would be nice to have at least 2 available. Also is pretty difficult to get in and out of the kayak from the water behind the house itself, maybe a ladder or something would make it easier. As long as you are ok with the plane traffic, not a whole lot of activities nearby, this is a nice house.
