You will never want to leave this BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathroom unit at Long Beach! With every update and fine touch imaginable, this unit boasts gorgeous oceanfront views with tons of natural light throughout. Step into the condo and find a fantastic "drop zone", perfect for all of your beach bags and flip flops. Leading into the huge and all- white kitchen, you will marvel at the open concept layout with ocean views from every angle. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and beautiful cabinetry. The kitchen comes stocked with every small appliance, utensil and linens you will need- so enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island or make a full meal and entertain friends at the large dining area. The living area is just steps away and features comfortable seating and a large flat- screen TV, perfect for movie nights! Step onto the balcony and relax on one of the couches or enjoy sunset cocktails at the table with friends.

You will love every bedroom in this property- so much space! The first Guest Room has TWO Queen beds, a flat screen TV and its own en suite bathroom, complete with double vanity and shower with glass door. You even have ocean views! The second Guest Room has a King bed, its own flat screen TV and a large en suite bathroom, with modern tile and light fixtures. This guest room has its own balcony entrance and tons of natural light. The Master bedroom is its own retreat with a King bed, a flat screen TV, ample storage and balcony access with amazing views. The en suite bathroom has a HUGE tile and glass shower and double vanities. You will love relaxing here after a long day at the beach! There are also 2 rollaway beds with high- quality, memory foam mattresses, in case you need them.

Just steps from the ocean, your days will be filled with beach activities, pool time and shopping. And TWO Beach Chairs are INCLUDED in your rental!!! Pier Park is nearby, and you and your guests will never be bored! This gorgeous unit will book FAST, so get your dates booked with us ASAP and start your vacation! There are amazing amenities on site, such as the Hangout Grill, which is now open.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 25.

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.

Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful. Could have been little cleaner in areas. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Needs to be replaced. Glass and balcony furniture was nasty.Cushions were stained and nasty. Table on balcony but no chairs to sit at and not enough room. Some electrical issues such as lamps and plugs not working. Overall the condo was beautiful but needs some maintenance in areas.

Great condo

Very nice condo. Very spacious and well laid out. Two master bedrooms made it great to take adult children and grandchildren. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Repeat Rental

This was our second year renting this unit. We love the decor, furniture and outdoor seating. The kitchen is truly set up for cooking for a big family. Thanks for sharing your home!

New Year’s trip

Beautiful condo on the beach, plenty of places to sleep (two roll away beds and a sectional). Each of the bedrooms had its own bath and it really featured two masters (each with a king bed- all very comfortable) and the third bedroom had a great oceanfront view with two queen beds. The ONLY complaint is that one additional parking pass should have been included (3 bedroom units should have 3 parking passes). One couple had to arrive separately due to a work thing so we would have needed 2 additional passes for 4 cars, it would have been an additional $150 for 2 passes.. luckily they parked offsite for half that price, but the units should have one parking pass per bedroom, then any extras should have the fee. Just a small thing and something to be aware of if you’ll have more than 2 cars. EVERYTHING else was amazing. Patio furniture on the balcony was very comfortable- if we were in the condo, that’s where we hung out. Very close to things for older kids to walk or drive… you won’t be disappointed.

Vacation

Last minute trip we overpaid for. With all the rules listed I was certain it would be top-notch! Thus thinking the cost was worth it having my toddler grandson. The rug and furniture had stains and was clearly not taken care of. Dirty ceiling fans, dirty utensils in the drawers. I took pics and called the lady I had spoken with. My daughter accidentally cut herself with a nasty pair of scissors and had to visit the immediate care and have it glued shut. And a tetanus shot thank goodness. I vacuumed the whole place before departure, causing us to leave at 10 on the dot. People were already there to ‘clean’, one was in a wheelchair. I was sure we’d receive our deposit back but haven’t heard one word since leaving. Will not stay with this group again. Mind you we’ve stayed there several times with different owners, with much nicer and cleaner environments.

Amazing family vacation spot!

We took our first family vacation all together in over 20 years, and we knew we needed the perfect place with enough room for everyone. This condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we could want. We were missing a parking pass, and the communication was quick and efficient - they provided us with another pass right away! Thank you for a fabulous vacation - we are already talking about booking the same condo for next year!

Friends trip

This property was very nice. We love this resort. The property had some areas that needed fixed. The main patio door class and the shower in the one guest room. We would remove the rug under the dinning table. Overall a very enjoyable stay and a great property. Thanks for allowing to use your property. Thank you.

Spacious condo but…

Nicely maintained property however condo needs some changes. Only 3 of the four tvs is a smart tv. Only one hairdryer for 3 bedroom, 3 bath. The lanai furniture is useless with cushions that retain water. We were unable to use it our entire weeklong stay as well is being overcrowded. The 3rd bedroom was like an apartment with, very useful especially with its private lanai. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed their privacy.

We all loved our stay

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great unit, fabulous views, extremely convenient. My husband, mother, 3 year old, and my 18 and 19 year old daughter and son along with a friend each and myself were extremely comfortable and extremely pleased with everything regarding our stay. We would definitely plan another stay!

It was just ok

When you arrive 45 minutes early and you pay four K to stay there for a week don’t be telling me I need to pay extra to get into my room. Overall the place was OK. The porches had a lot of mold around the sliding doors and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view very well. The furniture cushions were stained and dirty. There was way too much furniture on the porch.

Amazing!

I can't say enough about this gorgeous condo! Beautifully decorated with an amazing panoramic view of the gulf. This condo had it all! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything needed. Laundry area had super nice washer and dryer. This place is perfect for large family trips. The 2nd master had its own private balcony and a wet bar! What a neat added feature! We will definitely be coming back! In my opinion it's a home away from home!! Only regret is I didn't rent for 2 more nights! The rental agency was super friendly and easy to work with! I loved the check in process and the key pad entry was super convenient! There were 2 roll away beds and these were perfect for teenagers & comfy to beat it all!! All I can say is thank you thank you thank you for sharing this beautiful place! If I had one suggestion is with it being a 3 bed room would have been perfect to have had a 3rd parking pass ;-)

Long Beach Resort PCB

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was in a great location right on the beach. It was spacious, nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen, private sleeping quarters (3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom), large floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in the great room and two of the bedrooms. Online photos depict the unit well. Direct and easy check-in with number punch access to the door and beachfront. We appreciated the secured resort and parking access. One thing I would suggest would be that the condo be deep cleaned with attention to baseboards, under beds, carpet stains, sliding door tracks. Overall, this is a great rental property and I would stay here again.

Awesome unit and awesome stay!

The unit was perfect for our needs and beautifully furnished! Make sure to check for your wrist bands when you first arrive and let them know. The property managers are very responsive!!

Great Vacation Property

The condo was one of the prettiest we’ve stayed in. Everything was just as we saw online. The property was well taken care of and we will most likely try and book this same one for next year.

Orange feet!!

Cleaners need to mop. Guests before us used self tanner bronzing spray, in the shower, and turned the bottom of our feet orange. House keeping needs to mop. Going home to Tennessee with a tan and orange feet.
