3 level home. Furnished home sits on a wooded lot. Master suite with balcony overlooking the water. It also features a large walk in closet and master bath. Second bedroom features a king bed. There is a third bedroom with a full/queen bed along with full bathroom.
The second level has living room with a fireplace. Laundry room is tucked in behind the stairs along with another full bathroom. This level also offers a large kitchen with a center island.
There is also a 4th bedroom with 2 double beds and its own private full bathroom.

Great house for family vacation

The house had plenty of space for our family. The lower recreation room was perfect for the kids to hang out at night. We also enjoyed the house being on a quiet cove where the kids could swim without much boat traffic and no wake.

Good place for the price

Reasonable for what it was, just hope the owner takes a few moments to change out photos so that things are current and up to date for everyone interested in this house….their upgrades were good and the dock was really nice

Fun Family Getaway

Nice place! The house has a lot of room and the layout worked great for our family and friends. It is so roomy and the kitchen made cooking meals together fun. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all with showers gave everyone privacy. The deck and dock are all maintained and safe. The cove is quiet and calm with friendly neighbors and it's perfect for swimming and kayaking. Ryan is a great host. He was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be looking to rebook here next year!

Great location, we’d stay again.

Our group had a blast. Spacious home with room to fit two families comfortably. Maybe not the most suitable for children under 5 due to broken glass outside and furniture not bolted to walls. (we almost had a dress fall on a child). Pool table balls weren’t all there so we couldn’t use that. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was clean and quiet. House needs a good deep cleaning inside and out but other than that we really did enjoy ourselves.

AWESOME location!

We have stayed here before and can't wait to stay again. Ryan is easy to communicate with and answers immediately! The cove is amazing for swimming and fishing. My kids absolutely love this spot! The neighbors are great and very helpful. Ready for next year!

Awesome House & Location

We had an amazing time at the house. The cove was the perfect swim spot for our kids and great neighbors. The house was everything we could have wanted and well equipped. Ryan was great with communicating and answered any questions we had. Hope to stay again next year.

Great Place to Stay!

We had an awesome time staying here, nice cove, great area! Bigger than it looks in pictures. Owner was nice and so was the surrounding neighbors we had two teenagers and they really enjoyed it!

Very nice place!

The place is very nice! Fun stuff to do there and very clean! Looks exactly like the pics. The kids loved the slide! The parking and boat ramp is a little tight but it works. The only down side is, the way you have to dispose of your trash. You have to try to find another of the owner’s property near by or take it to the gas station and they charge you. There are a lot of stairs, but still fun and nice!

Great house for our group of 10. It doesn't disaapoint.

disappoint. Ryan was great to work I really with. We had trouble with slide and a person was there to fix immediately. Would come back.

Nice house, nice quiet cove

The house was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, good toilet paper, well stocked kitchen with lots of appliances and cookware, good communication with owner, easy check in, small town with grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, and a Sonic a few miles away, kids loved the slide, cove was nice and quiet. House is down a steep gravel hill. In our full van, we had a hard time getting back up the hill and slid backwards a little. Just an FYI in case you don't have 4 wheel drive. House could use some extra bed linens/blankets. 2 King rooms and a Full bedroom on the top floor when you walk in. Down a steep flight of stairs to the kitchen/living room/laundry. Down another flight of stairs to the pool table/bar area and last bedroom with 2 full beds. Bathrooms on every floor is a plus. Lots of stairs, but not a problem unless you have older people who can't manage. A/C worked great on all floors, and we were there when it was 95-99 degrees every day. Balcony with access from several rooms was nice. Stairs going down to the dock were sturdy with a railing and not too steep. Dock could use a new ladder that is easier to maneuver. Overall, great time, great house.

Perfect Vacation!

The pictures do not do the house justice. We had more than enough room for the 8 of us. Parking was excellent. The road there was also nice. This is our 4th summer at the lake and this house exceeded our expectations. Kids loved the pool table and bar downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked too. Water slide was loved by my 9 & 7 year old. The cove is excellent for swimming and floating. Five stars!

Could use some spruce-up

The house is spacious and in a nice location. The owner was very prompt in replying to communication but provided the wrong address The house has all sort of amenities however most of them could use replacement like the coffee maker. The kitchen also had a clogged sink . In particular the bed sheets and the towels need an upgrade.

Lake getaway

Was exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had a blast! The house was clean and offered more than enough space for everyone. The boys loved the slide! The boat launch was only a couple houses down. Huge plus! Would definately stay again!

Nice house

The house is nice and comfortable. The teenagers liked the pool table. The kitchen was easy to use and the laundry facilities were handy. The dock is a bit run down but we didn't care. We had a little difficulty finding the place but that was probably our fault. Would stay again.

Family vacation

This house was great for our family , house was clean and ready when we arrived. Ryan property owner was easy to get contact with and helped us with couple of minor issues right away. Definitely would come back.

Fun Lakefront House

We had a great, relaxing time at this home. It had everything we needed, plenty of space and the extra refrigerator was nice. We enjoyed the pool table. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had. My only suggestion would be to put in a better ladder on the dock.

Girls trip at the ozarks

I stayed with a group of 6 girls for a bachelorette party and we had the best time! There was more than enough room to sleep and 4 bathrooms which was perfect. It was a little tough to find (I think the address was off by one number?) but I called Ryan and he was able to quickly help direct us to the house. We swam in the lake right off the dock every day and had a great time. Even one of the neighbors offered to take us out on their jet ski! One night of our stay, we got home and the upstairs was hot (AC wasn’t working) but we reached out to Ryan he came over right away and figured out what was wrong. I’d still give them 5 stars despite that one hot night. There was a variety of kitchen utensils but I would recommend you bring extra paper products/soap/etc. We had brought some so it wasn’t an issue for us but just an FYI. Great location and very responsive owners.
