The second floor is the life of the home. Ascending by either the staircase or elevator, you'll enter the gourmet kitchen, living room, and balcony - all with stunning Gulf views. The gourmet kitchen features designer cabinets and high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero double fridge, 2 dishwashers, and a 6-burner Wolf stove with a griddle top. The living area offers comfy designer furniture and an expansive Frame TV, making it the perfect place to enjoy a vacation movie night. The dining area provides seating for 8, with seating for 4 at the island counter. Nano doors open onto a deck with beautifully appointed outdoor furniture and panoramic Gulf views.

The second floor also offers a second living room with an adjoining kitchenette featuring a convection oven and a full-size fridge. Steps away is the laundry room with 2 stacked full-sized washer/dryer sets. Adjacent is a guest bedroom with shared bath, as well as a second bunk room. Just down the stairs, you'll find an additional washer and dryer and a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The third floor is simply transcendent. Here you'll find a master bedroom with a Tempur-Pedic king bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with Hansgrohe multi-head shower, and a claw-foot soaker tub precisely positioned to take in an amazing view of the Gulf. The balcony also offers Gulf views spanning from Panama City Beach to Destin - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and an evening cocktail. A gas fire pit lends an intimate atmosphere, while a wet bar just steps away.
