As you walk into your vacation home, you will notice the open area that includes the dining room, family room and kitchen. State-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, a large dining table that seats 10 (hand made by a good friend of ours!) a window seat and custom barn doors make the kitchen a place you may never want to leave! It opens to a spacious family room with windows overlooking the pool, and a large 70" flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is an additional sitting room that allows a little privacy if you find you must work while on vacation! That area is also perfect for game night, puzzles or extra meal seating. The first floor also includes a half bathroom and a large bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find three complete bedrooms. One bunk room with a private bath. The beds are twin over full-size. This floor also includes two primary suites. The first has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. The second is the largest and most luxurious primary bedroom. It includes a sitting area, 60" flat screen tv, large bathroom and beautiful views. The most unique detail to the second floor is a screened-in sleeping porch. A twin size day bed allows you to sleep in the sea breeze and a large sitting area and flat screen TV gives you more room for the family to spread out. The fall months at the beach will make this your favorite spot for sure!

The third floor includes the fifth bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. There is also a media room with plenty of seating to watch the big game or gather as a family. The media room also has a Keurig and cups so you can have that first cup of coffee faster on the balcony! The best part of the third floor is the absolutely stunning view of the gulf from your private balcony. Gather in the evening for a drink with friends and watch the sun set on another perfect day!

After Dune Delight is a wonderful escape for your entire family. A private pool area includes an outside bathroom and shower and a professionally landscaped back yard with ample, comfortable seating makes it a perfect place to relax after a long, hard day at the beach! A 21 inch diameter Weber charcoal grill is also available. A palm tree-lined path that leads to the beach frames one side of the pool area. The beach is less than a one minute walk from your front door! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups directly through the chair company for an additional fee in advance if you wish.

Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. The home has parking for three cars. A bike and walking path is just outside the entrance to the neighborhood. We are steps away from famous Rosemary Beach where you will find numerous unique shops, award-winning restaurants, and a relaxing day spa. We are a short half hour drive from Destin and Panama City Beach, both of which have numerous restaurants and unlimited shopping possibilities!
