Bedrooms (2):

Master bedroom: Queen bed, large closet, quality bedding.

Second bedroom: Queen bed, comfortable sheets and pillows.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.

Living room: Bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after the beach. Includes TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes) so you can cook just like at home.

Bathroom(s): Modern, with shower, hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

Balcony / Terrace: Private space to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening in the tropical climate.

Shared spaces: Outdoor pool, garden, and lounge areas in a secure condo.

Parking: One space available for travelers with a vehicle.

⚡ Electricity Management

👉 To help stay within the limit, please follow a few simple steps:

Turn off the air conditioners and lights when leaving the apartment.

Electricity is billed separately and is NOT included in the rent. We require a deposit via the app ranging from $50 to $300 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

Average consumption:

2 adults = 25 kWh/day = $15/day

4 adults = 50 kWh/day = $35/day

✅ For full transparency, we use the CEPM app, which allows real-time monitoring of electricity usage. Upon request, we can send you a usage report during your stay. A screenshot of the meter will also be shared if your consumption exceeds the included limit at the time of checkout.

Most of our guests consume well below this limit, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay with no additional fees. 🌴.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment except for locked storage areas.
