Seven Palms is a three story home that offers 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. With multiple balconies and outdoor space, this home is the perfect option for large groups looking for comfort, space, and fun. The first floor offers a guest room and full bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find a master with en suite bath and second guest room with full bath. The third offers a final guest room with bunk beds and full bath. There is also a balcony on each floor, offering more outdoor space and room to relax as the sun sets over the beauty of the Gulf.

The first floor is command central, featuring a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen abuts the open concept living/dining area with large table that seats 7 comfortably. The living area offers comfy furnishings with cozy décor--the perfect space to entertain friends and family. Just off the living area is the back deck with grill covered by lush trees. Grill up some BBQ, enjoy the shade of the Florida landscape, and truly relax on your next trip to Santa Rosa. Please note that there is parking for two vehicles only- no parking is allowed on the street or grass.

When you’re ready to hit the beach, pack a bag and take a stroll over to the coast. Spend the day in the iconic white sands and splash in the emerald waves.

Nice house, but....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was amazing. The best thing about this unit was the location and size of the unit. The house itself needs a lot of work. Broken blinds, torn/frayed carpet, missing items in kitchen being the most obvious things. The top floor is absolutely too hot and with the furniture placed over vents makes it even worse. Also the two of the TV's didn't work in the ground floor bedroom and second floor bedroom. We really appreciated the beach items in the closet and the outside shower to wash off. Our short little walk to the beach was totally doable and the beach was not crowded because there are no condos on that stretch of beach. We also had the handle on the oven fall off and it was promptly fixed. Thank you so much. This was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach and the water was over the top beautiful.

This rental is the Garden Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven Palms' most appealing item by far is the location. You are just across 30A and up from the beach, about a 1/4 mile. To the north about 2 blocks is all the shopping, coffee shops, bar, restaurants, etc. Access at spooky lane is awesome and always had room on the beach for us. The unit came with an essential beach closet that had everything we needed to enjoy the ocean. The unit was on a private drive of only about 10 houses, most of which are also rentals. The unit was very big and had room for everyone. It had multiple private decks coming out of two of the bedrooms. The DIRECTV was great, and A/C worked like a champ. The grill worked great, and the ice maker in the refrigerator was essential. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of towels, which was also essential. There was a couple of pests that we saw, and the back door sticks very bad, but outside of those items; I can't find anything that I would speak negatively about. Some of the carpet and other finishes will need updated at some point to keep this a must-have rental. Thanks for providing everything we needed to have a great vacation!! The Dauterives.

Vacation

The location was great. Quick about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Gulf Place with Restaurants and Shopping. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for multiple groups/families. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are comfy! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We had a great time during our stay. The only concern was why the trash didn’t get picked up. Other than that everything was top tier for us. The walk to the beach and the shops was a few minutes. Prime location. Quick responses from the manager. Will come back again.

Perfect location, disappointing property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year on the same street for family vacation. We love the location, close walk to the beach, quiet street. The house in general needs some care, the carpets are stained, cracked walls, peeling paint, dirty baseboards, ceiling in master bedroom has a crack across the entire length of the ceiling, in general lacking care or maintenance. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with supplies, needs a new can opener and there wasn't a broom to keep up with the daily dirt tracked in. There was an ample supply of towels in each bathroom which was great. When we arrived, we encountered large ants, everywhere. The management company was responsive to our issues, including the key pad on the front door rejecting our code the last night we were there with 9 people stranded outside. It is just unfortunate that we had so many issues during our 8 night stay.

Wonderful week getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the house and location. It was perfect for the 6 of us and our dog. This house had everything we needed. Few hiccups with the plugs not working in any of the bathrooms which controlled the light in the room also, but once we found the breaker that was tripped it started working. The air went out on Friday, our last day, but they worked quickly to try to get someone out. It was fixed for a few hours that evening until it went out again at midnight. We left at 7 am the next morning so it didn’t affect us that much, but they did try to get it fixed quickly. I am highly allergic to poison ivy and there was a large area growing up on the deck to the right of the grill that could be cut down. My husband was able to cut some back, but I would suggest that getting trimmed back. Other than this I would definitely stay here again every year!

Very impressed with this house! It had everything we needed and then some. Short walk to the beach but luckily this unit had a beach wagon that made it so much easier to tote our stuff! We would definitely stay there again.

Needs some love

The property was fairly nice. The lights don’t work proper with the remotes. One remote would turn on and off all the lights in the house from any location. We noticed termites coming from the walls on our last day. Could use a better cleaning crew as two of our tubs weren’t completely clean.

The sample toiletries provided for each bathroom, kitchen and laundry were such a plus. The back deck was perfect for spending evenings. The outdoor shower was just what we needed returning from the beach. It was wonderful having chairs for the beach provided. The furniture was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone around the dining table. We absolutely loved this home. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Hi We rented bikes for the week and we could go anywhere with access to the bike path across the street. We would all love to return.

Needs Lots of TLC

Disappointed in rental. Pictures online look nice, but in person, rental had dirty carpet with lots of spots and furniture is also worn and showing spots. Location was very good, but overall, this rental has seen its best days and I would not rent it again without a major overhaul and deep, professional cleaning.

Beautiful home, very close to the beach and local shopping and dining!! Would stay there again for sure!! Loved being able to have a short walk to the beach then right after go grab an ice cream or a even pizza!! 10 out of 10!!

Good space

The house was spacious and comfortable for two families. The tvs were not smart TVs and the fire stick and Roku were unusable. They gave us a run down grill but that was remedied two days later. Overall the items in the beach closet were ok. We could use one large umbrella and some chairs. The location is great and the area was very pet friendly. We would stay there again.

Clockwork

From making reservation to opening the door upon arrival to closing the door upon checkout everything went like clockwork. The property well suited our family needs. It was clean, well appointed and was so convenient to the beach, coffee, ice cream and other small shops. We couldn’t have selected a better house or location and are looking forward to a return trip in 2023.

Santa Rosa Fun

We stayed her with 5 girls: ages 18-23. Plenty of room for all! Very short walk to beach and Gulfplace dining. A couple small issues that maintenance fixed…except Direct TV, so we had useless TV’s in all the rooms since no connection to satellite. Not horrible, we just like to watch tv late at night before bed and could not. House was well maintained and check in/out process was super easy.

Perfect location

This was our second time to rent this property and we have been pleased both times. Perfect location with very short walk to uncrowded beach. Great food and shopping within walking distance also. Only real issue was the grill on back porch needs replaced. 2 of the 5 burners wouldn’t work and all the knobs are stripped out. We were able to still use it but it has served its purpose and should be replaced at this point. Other than that, this property was fantastic and we will be staying there again next year!

Las Palmas

The house was beautiful, but definitely needed a little TLC. The walk to the beach was very easy. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need, and then some. There was a neighbor next door who made it clear that he wasn’t happy with renters. Other than that we had a good time, and love this area.
