Welcome to your perfect Outer Banks getaway! Our oceanside home is just a 90-second walk to the beach access boardwalk and only two blocks north of the iconic Avon Fishing Pier. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s the ideal spot for families, surfers, kiteboarders, windsurfers, and anglers looking for comfort, convenience, and adventure.

The Home:

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths – Perfect for families or groups. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath; a second queen room and a bunk room (pyramid bunk plus trundle) share a full bath.

Bright Open Living Space – Upstairs features vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen with a large island, dining for six, and a comfortable sectional for movie night (SmartTV with Sling or your own streaming apps).

Wraparound Deck with Ocean Breezes – Start your day with coffee and sunrise peeks of the Atlantic, or wind down with sunset happy hour.

Extras for Families – Pac-n-Play (bring your own sheet), games, puzzles, books, and a basketball hoop (bring your own ball).
