This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.

The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.

Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
