Glendale Game Day Getaway!

2 MILES from Westgate and Arizona Cardinal Stadium! Our home is a large 2,201 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler with complete backyard privacy on a secluded cul-de-sac corner lot. Outdoors, enjoy the Arizona heat as you float in the large refinished backyard private pool and soaking tub, or cool yourself off under the covered patio with a new misting system. The backyard is complete with a cabana, propane grill, hammock, corn hole, and pickle ball court. The home has lots of activities for indoor fun as well, with five new smart TVs, pool table, darts, ping-pong table, craps table and more! You can walk or use the provided-bikes to the Cardinals State Farm stadium, the Coyotes Gila River arena and to the Westgate Entertainment District (1.5 miles away) in a matter of minutes. Our home was renovated in 2019, with new floors, paint, and furnishings. Perfect for families or the ultimate sports fan!

There is an additional $60 a day to heat the pool and $30 a night to heat the spa. Scheduled heating times for the pool are 9am-3pm then the spa 5pm-10pm. The pool essentially stays warm throughout the day and evening. Cools down a little at night but heats right back up for the day. We can't run both at the same time but spa would be pool temp during the day. Pool lights are scheduled to turn off at 11pm. If any of these scheduled times need to be adjusted, please send request before booking.

Please note that parties are not allowed in this home. If you throw a party, have more people in the home than scheduled, or receive noise complaints between 9pm and 9am, you will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds. RING DOORBELL does monitor number of guests, Ring Motion in front of RV gate also monitors. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding families. We are excited to host you and wish you the best time!

So fun!!

Perfect location near the stadium (we went for a concert and walked home) and good shopping close by! The house was spotless, comfortable, and packed with fun — from the pool and spa to pickleball, pool table, and we LOVED the music outside. The host’s communication was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Great family getaway!

We stayed here with our 5 kids for 10 days and it was perfect! We loved playing in the pool and there was plenty to do inside the house as well. Our kids were never bored! Highly recommend this property!

Family Getaway

Great property for a family. The pool, court, pool table, TVs, PlayStation and other amenities kept our family entertained when taking a break from enjoying activities in the area.

The perfect place

The property was fantastic! We played pickle ball, swam in the pool ( hard to get the kids out of the pool). Rode the bikes lots of places to ride, Great location! King bed was so comfy. Used the BBQ and the Firepit. Plenty of comfy furniture for lounging inside and outside! We had a Wonderful time and would love to stay again!

Great place to chill!

Property was very nice. Manager very responsive to texts and emails. Unfortunately pool was never warm enough to use even with heating. Hot tub was perfect. Enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional Getaway!

Very happy with our stay… everything was exactly as pictured! Great location. The house was spacious and fully stocked for family fun both inside and out. The backyard was awesome with a beautiful pool and hot tub, pickle ball court, bbq area and great seating. Communication and response from the owner was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location and house with lots of activities!

Location is great (close to the Westgate Entertainment District). The house has so many activities/things to do (pool, toys, ping pong, darts, pool table, bikes, etc.) - would be a great house for those with kids and adults who like to stay active! The house was also very well stocked with supplies. Thanks for a nice stay!

Everything from booking to check out was great. House even better than the pictures. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Amenities galore! Host was easy to reach and communicate with. Will definitely book again if back in he area!

Great house

House exactly as shown. Great location. We had a great experience getting together for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the games both inside and out. This will be our go to house on our future visits. Teresa was a great host.

Great getaway

This truly was a great getaway! This home is well located and offered something for everyone in our group. Pool, spa tub, pickleball court, billiard table, BBQ just an excellent place to play and unwind. A beautifully kept home. The owner Teresa was very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a great time!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property definitely met our expectations. It was very well equipped with everything our family of 5 needed. More than enough to do for all the kids. Conveniently located to the highway, shopping, and the bike trail is close. We would stay here again on future trips to Phoenix. The management company was very responsive and helpful. A++

Perfect for a Family

This house was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. Plenty to do...never once heard “I’m bored”. Pickle ball, swimming pool, darts, pool table, ping pong, board games and cards. Kids each had their own rooms with a tv, but could have shared if they wanted to (2 twin beds in each room). This was conveniently located to the activities we chose and the airport 20-30 min from most things). Grocery store nearby (not a great one, but it has what you need). There were also plenty of linens and blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and I hope it’s not our last! Our first trip was 5 years ago and the property has been kept in the same pristine condition we remembered it. The house is super clean and everything seems new and in great condition. They keep the house stocked with so many extras, no corners are cut. There were games, tons of extra pickleballs, rackets, rafts, noodles, tons of extra towels and the list goes on. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. This home is very well taken care of!We have stayed at many rental houses and this one is by far our favorite. It has all the comforts of home with the backyard of a resort. I wish we could have stayed longer this time, but we are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Ideal

Right away I noticed how clean everything was. Like, I really need to up my game at home, and, I spend a ton of effort cleaning. There was tons to do both inside and outside. Not sure if the listing g mentions the misters on the back patio, but those are MONEY in 117 degree weather. Only thing that would make it better would be bigger beds in the secondary bedrooms, but, my 15yr old didn't complain, which is saying something. Owners are super easy to work with. I assume it's because of their apparent Irish/Seattle Seahawk heritage. Would totally book again.

Great location with amenities and fun

We made a long weekend of seeing a football game at State Farm Stadium. The house is located in Glendale. A 5 minute drive, 20-30 minute walk from the stadium. The house was very clean. Had a nice pool table, a dart board and many board games. Communications before and during our stay were timely. Details from entering the house to expectations of the owner when checking out were clear and precise. House is nicely located with easy access to shopping restaurants and the highway. We had a great time here.

Wonderful Stay at Glendale Game Day!!

Best VRBO rental ever! The backyard is AWESOME!! We had so much fun with the heated pool and pickle ball court. Lots of racquets and balls. The house had plenty of beds and was stocked with great cookware, basic cooking essentials and toiletries. A huge plus was plenty of towels for everyone!! Towels on each bed, towels by the pool, towels everywhere, perfect for kids and adults that are in and out of the pool! Property manager was very easy to deal with and they even went above and beyond to provide a pack and play crib for us! Location was perfect! Great neighborhood! Would totally recommend anyone to stay at this property!!
