The light and open living/dining room features a wall of sliding glass doors that open to the protected lanai, and bring the far-reaching beach and pool views directly into the condo. The 4K TV in the den has premium cable including all the HBO channels, a Google Chromecast for streaming all your favorite content as well as a built in DVR for recording your favorite shows.

The spacious kitchen with dining for six guests has ample granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three, a wine rack, a Nespresso machine and is well equipped with all the cooking utensils to make a world class meal. Rare to find, this condo offers a convenient built-in office with shelving and highspeed, gigabit internet.

For optimal privacy, the split bedroom plan is the ideal setting as they are separated completely with the laundry room between them. The spacious master suite offers a king sized bed, large gulf-front view from the double window and a quaint reading area. The master bath offers a large dual vanity with ample counter space and a walk-in closet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and extra beach and bath towels. The guest room has two twin beds which can be converted into a king, upon request. The HDTV has a Blu-ray player, premium cable including HBO as well as a Google Chromecast. There is a pack and play located in the guest bedroom closet for our young guests. The condo has a large laundry room inside the home which has a full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. There are beach umbrellas, kites, snorkels and masks, boogie board, floats and other pool and beach toys located in the laundry room. The front door is greeted by a nest video doorbell which allows you to know guests have arrived with an audible message indoors.

Comprised of only six units, this private retreat offers you and your guests a heated swimming pool, open deck with tables and umbrellas, a barbecue grills and boardwalk down to your private beach in an intimate setting. There are chaise lounge and Adirondack chairs located down the stairs from the boardwalk right on the beach.

This condo is located within walking distance to several excellent Longboat Key restaurants include Harry's Continental Kitchen across the street, Euphemia Haye Restaurant just a thousand feet south, and both the Lazy Lobster and La Norma Italian just twelve-hundred feet south.

There are two rental companies located across the street for bicycles, golf carts and scooters for a day of fun exploring the island -- Come n Go Rentals and Backyard Bike Shop. Also, Durante Park just five hundred feet south offers gorgeous, winding trails through the mangroves which lead to panoramic views of Sarasota bay. St. Armand's Circle which is a few minutes away offers over a hundred shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.
