🚧 Community Notice: Windsor Hills is scheduled for roadway improvements January 5–31, 2027. There may be some temporary road closures, parking changes, or access adjustments in certain areas while construction work is underway. The schedule will vary with weather and contractor progress.

• Pool heating is optional for $30 per day plus tax and must be ordered for the entire stay

• Pets are welcome; please let us know if you are bringing pets with you.
PET FEE (for entire stay, not per day):
$150 for the 1st pet. Please select `Pet` when you book;
$150 for each additional pet. We will send you an invoice for more than 1 pet after you book.

• Guests have free access to all clubhouse amenities

• Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

• Please note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.

• Parties and events are prohibited.

• 3 cars maximum

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

• Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check-in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
Guest will need to sign a waiver of liability/hold harmless agreement for the use of the pool. Guest will hold the hosts, property manager, owner hold harmless for the use of the pool


We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Pool Heat is $30 per day plus tax. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
