Venture out on a mountain bike to take in 600 miles of trails- Winter Park is, of course The Mountain Bike Capital of the U.S. For music enthusiasts, there are many outdoor events and festivals, including local artisan beer, wine and food festivals, and a creative art community that beckons all who wish to wander about in an inviting landscape. Rocky Mountain National Park, a well-renowned, pristine wilderness, is just a 40 mile ride down the road.

Mary Jane Ski Haus is a 3072 sq ft luxury 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, mountain cabin-style residence retreat. This family-friendly and companion gathering home will rejuvenate all of your senses with its stunning views of Byers Peak, Winter Park Ski runs and Parry Peak from the exterior deck and large picture windows. Nestled within mature aspen and pine trees- tucked away in the enchanting town of Fraser, the residence provides solitude and privacy to unwind.

The epitome of cabin living and attention to detail has been masterfully wood-crafted as reflected in the interior design. The main floor Great Room is perfect for entertaining and social gatherings, watching TV, reading and relaxing near the gas fireplace while taking in the beauty of nature happening outside. The kitchen flows into the dining room with its access to the outdoor deck where guests can enjoy cocktails, barbequing or dine al fresco as all witness each unique sunset, then stargaze as night falls. The welcoming open-space floor plan provides guests with two additional living spaces; an upper level loft sitting area to read or nap, and lower level family room with gas fireplace and big screen TV. When work must call your attention, the home provides a wonderful, private main-floor office-library with 1/2 bath, and laptop/recipe desk. Delight in the serenity of the four bedrooms that provide magnificent views and mountain-themed decor, with locally handcrafted log furniture and comfortable deluxe bedding. Guests can choose from four bedrooms, three of which offer king size beds and one queen bed. As an option, one of the king beds can be separated into two twin beds. All bathrooms are spacious, with large vanity spaces, walk in showers, and two of the bathrooms have jetted bathtubs. The primary suite and secondary suite have en suite bathrooms.
