The primary challenge was locating the accommodation. The address provided in the email was incorrect, leading us to the western end of the island. While the amenities were satisfactory, the toilet handles were uneven and challenging to flush. The host was amiable and pleasant, contributing to a memorable stay. House was great. Only complaint was the A/C. Host locks A/C to go no lower than 71. And if you turn it to 71, host moves it back to 74 within 5 minutes remotely.

Beautiful villa and beaches - must see!

This property and location was a 10/10. The pictures accurately exemplified the experience. Spacious, clean, friendly community. Beaches were breathtaking. We are making this an annual vacation. Host was excellent.

Wonderful property

The location of this property was located in a gated community with beautiful beaches. The house was spacious enough for our group 6. It was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. It had everything you could need for the beach. The property had tennis and pickleball courts. The Beach club next to the property was amazing. The Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and the onsite manager was very helpful. Just a great place away from the hustle and bustle around Paradise Island.

Dream Vacation

We enjoyed Palm Kay so much. We spent the first half of our vacation in Sandy Port at the resort. It was close to everything and the resort was so fun! Palm Kay is on the other side of the island. It’s secluded and upscale. Beautiful beaches. This property was perfect for our large family. We all wished the beds were a little softer but the linens were nice and it’s decorated beautifully. I would stay her again! Andrea is great to work with and is helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities.

enjoyed this home, clean, beautiful beach area, and great house mgr. wish host had given us his number earlier, before we booked day trips at higger rates. also, to use the facilities you need bands to enter, which Geoffrey the house mgr was able to provide for one day. pools are not heated. would visit again.

Nice Resort

Property is great if you sign up for beach club and use the pool and bar and beach with really nice chairs. The restaurant on site Pink Octopus is top notch! Recommend the garlic shrimp and lobster pasta. The property manager Geoff is excellent and provides transportation. You have to travel to attractions like Bahamar and Atlantis. We found Atlantis to have really good restaurants especially Nobu. We went charter fishing and would catch our dinner and used Bahama jet boat for swimming with the pigs. The only thing that would make this property better is if it were on the beach!

Beautiful rental on beautiful property. As advertised, owner was very quick to respond to queries. Only suggestions for improvement would be communicating arrival list from owner a few days ahead of time (as I had already booked multiple excursions prior to owners advice). Additionally, more towels on property would be nice as we found ourselves doing laundry daily to keep washcloths and towels for group of 5. Overall, fantastic experience. Restaurant on property is also worth a visit, as is the bar

Wonderful vacation home

This was a perfect home for our family vacation at Palm Cay! The home is lovely, spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped for eating meals in and it is located across a small parking lot from the pool and beautiful beach. Geoffrey, the House Manager, took care of our needs, including transportation to and from the airport. I would recommend paying an additional fee to use the facilities at the Palm Cay Resort, located next to Helder's home. You have use of the pools, a bar, a restaurant, a beach with cabanas and everything else they have to offer. A grocery store is within walking distance, but if you do not rent a car, be prepared to hire Geoffrey or another driver, to take you places. Geoffrey is a wonderful resource for information about any trips you may want to take on the island and transportation to those places. We would definitely stay at the Palm Cay again!

Girls Trip to the Bahamas

The property was perfect for our group of 7. It was 2 moms and 5 girls that just graduated high school. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The direct access to the ocean and a pool just across the street was exactly what we wanted. The restaurants and convenience store on property were a nice surprise and very good. It was easy to schedule taxis into town or to rent a car right on the property too. The house was well equipped for the days we decided to cook at home. Having a full size washer and dryer in the house was great too! It truly was a perfect vacation and a wonderful home!
