Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head Island.
Our home is located in Carolina Place, Inside the beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. This newly refurbished home features a private pool, overlooking a lagoon. A large screened porch,(Happy Hour Central), provides a wonderful relaxing spot to enjoy your evenings. You'll find many features such as hand scraped hickory floors, cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, large flat panel 65" OLED TV, Wifi, and a large master suite, overlooking our private pool, with new outdoor shower as well.
Also there is another , fantastic community pool / hot tub/sauna as well.
Feeling a little romantic, how about a little Love/Love, you know 'tennis', with free courts to play on. Pickle Ball courts also available. Absolutely the best gathering place, if you have friends and family vacationing with you.

Beach, Beach, Beach, there shouldn't be anything for your spouse to 'beach' about in Hilton Head. Enjoy a short scenic bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Grab a kite, because the sun, sand and libations, are calling.
Oh, Don't forget the kids. Miss your morning fruit??
'Don't Worry' you can get some at Pool Bar Jims, the best fruit Dacquiries on the island. 'Don't Worry--Be Happy'

Sunsets are the best in Harbour Town, the kids will enjoy Greg Russel or climbing the lighthouse, while mom enjoys the steel drums and sea breezes, and dad enjoys the sun---tans!!!

The Forest preserve is out your back door, with 2 lakes, and wild flowers, animals, and an ancient Shell Ring over 2,000 years old. That is right, people have been eating Oysters here for over 2,000 years. So you know they're great!! Hence the street name...Shell Ring Rd.

Great dining and shopping just minutes away. Our favorite restaurants, The Sage Room, Ombra, Nunzio's, Charlie's, Truffles, Hudson's the list just goes on....
So Come..., Enjoy...., and Repeat...!!!!

Beautiful home and great location!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. Very clean too! Enjoyed the backyard pool and screened in porch every day. Would definitely stay here again! Also, enjoyed the bicycles!!!

Hilton Head Perfection

Such an amazing property with a great location and beautiful lagoon views. The private pool was fantastic! Joe was so accommodating and responded to any messages quickly! It was an absolute dream stay. I’m sure we will rent again in the future!

Hilton Head Vacation

We had a great week in Hilton Head during our stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood is nice and conveniently located. We enjoyed the nature preserve, bike trails and beach on the property. The private heated pool was a definite perk. The owner is very responsive and called before our trip to answer any questions. We would recommend this property to others going to Hilton Head.

Beautiful vacay

Loved the house. Loved the private pool and the lagoon view. House was the perfect size for a family of 4 plus a dog. It definitely could accommodate more. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Joe was super friendly and helpful. Proximity to beach access wasn’t favorable but we spent hours in the private pool everyday and was the perfect escape from the extreme heat (114* real feel). Will definitely look at renting this again.

Wonderful house

This was a great house that was well stocked with everything that you could need. They thought of all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. There were even bicycles in the garage that were really fun to use. The location in the Sea Pines neighborhood is convenient to everything.

Gorgeous home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has everything you can need. Many bikes are provided to get around Sea Pines with. The neighborhood has a large pool and pickleball courts. House has a beautiful private pool overlooking a lagoon. Bike ride is 2 miles to the beach, 2.5 to Harbor TownBeds are very comfortable. A wonderful spot!.

5 Star Stay!

Very nice home in a small community around a lagoon. Located right next to an entrance to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve with nice walking trails for the dog. Very nice community pool with a 3 minute walk. Private home pool was perfect to cool off. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The main bedroom suite was great with views of the lagoon. Best of all there was a large screened in porch overlooking the pool and lagoon!

Great stay in HHI and a fabulous home in Carolina Place!!!

We thought the house, pool and location were absolutely perfect for our HHI getaway. Your home is gorgeous, very colorful and beautifully decorated. HHI 2024

The property was very nice and as described. Joe, the host, was very communicative and easy to reach. Unfortunately, we were booked for the week tropical storm Debby was due to sit over the island and drop historical amounts of rain. For our safety, we decided to leave the island after spending only one night. Joe was very accommodating and supportive of our decision to leave. I hope we can come back next year so we can have a real vacation.

Perfect Seapines Getaway in Hilton Head

We are a family of 6 and just spent an absolutely amazing week at Joe’s beautiful home! The house was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. Great Wi-Fi (important with 4 teens!) and A/C, kitchen had everything we needed and new washer/dryer. We loved using the bikes to head to the beach and Harbourtown - both about an easy 12 minute bike ride away. We also loved the big pool available to Carolina Place guests. We can’t say enough good things about this home - and Joe himself was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!! Hope to come back!

Excellent holiday home

We have just come back from 2 weeks in Hilton Head and I am very happy to give our appreciation on this property. On our 5th trip to the island, this was certainly the best home we have rented. It was excellent. The pictures and description are very accurate; we certainly were not disappointed when we arrived and we felt immediately at home. The house was very clean and in very good condition. Everything we needed was there. It is also very well situated. The surroundings are calm and pretty and yet shops and plenty of restaurants are close by. We are very keen golfers and there is an abundance of golf courses within a short drive. Our very special thanks go to the owners, Joe and Jill, who could not have been more helpful and who have made us feel very welcome. We certainly hope to return here and can highly recommend it.

Relaxing Vacation!

We stayed 2 weeks in this great house in Sea pines! I was with my husband and two teenage girls and my parents! The house was very pretty, and just a 15 minute bike ride to the beach ( my favorite part of the day…bike paths are beautiful and an easy relaxing ride ). We loved the fact that we had two pools to choose from. The pool at the house was GREAT for my kids while us adults enjoyed coffee or happy hour in the screened in porch. It was also a great option to go the bigger pool if we wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped…did not cook in much but when we did we had EVERYTHING we needed to make our meals! In the garage there were many bikes, beach chairs, and even a scooter for my mother. Joe the owner was very nice to work with and always responded to my texts or phone calls! Great spot…we look forward to renting again!

Great house in sea pines

Joe was great to rent from and our family had a really nice week in Hilton Head. The house was comfortable, kitchen super well stocked, all was very clean, and we enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. It is a bit far from the beach and harbor town, which we knew but may want to stay closer to the beach next time. The bikes are not in good shape and I would have rented newer ones if I had known. Master bedroom bed is foam and soft - not great for me but that’s just personal preference. Joe sent us info in advance, including our pass to get into sea pines and all entry info. We did see an alligator in the pond behind the house but it didn’t bother us or come up on the lawn by the pool. Overall, great time and great house.

Our New Happy Place

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute and beautifully decorated house. The house set up was very clean and inviting with everything you could want for your stay at the beach. We loved having the pool in the backyard, in fact my favorite thing was seeing the alligator out in the pond every morning when I had my tea on the deck by the pool. Having access to all the bikes in the garage was a big help as our favorite thing to do is riding to the beach and back on the bikes. This saved me from renting 6 bikes and trailers. I really appreciated the opportunity to vacation with our dogs. The location is great and we can’t wait to enjoy another holiday at the beach in this wonderful beach house. The host (Joe) was so accommodating and helpful throughout our entire rental process. This was the nicest home we have stayed in over the past 30 years. Thank you and your family for opening up your home for our family to enjoy the beach life on Hilton Head Island.

Week of Relaxation

We took full advantage of the accommodations. We were in the pool daily. The kids couldn’t get enough of it as my wife and I relaxed and had some drinks on the screened in porch. We ate out every night, and the most we had to wait for a table was a half hour. Everything was about as good as we could hope for. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative. We have rented through VRBO several times, and this was easily our best experience both in terms of the place and the communication from the owner. There is no doubt we would like to go back!

Sea Pines Comfort

This property is located on a quiet lagoon within Sea Pines. This was our first vacation with our year-old dog, so we were a bit anxious about how that would go. Luckily this home was perfect for both us and our fur-baby, and we had a great time! The highlight of the home is the screened-in porch overlooking the completely fenced in swimming pool and lagoon (complete with alligator!). There was very comfortable furniture in all the rooms, including a spectacular dining room table that is perfect for a family meal. The kitchen was well-appointed with a plethora of items including serving dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Joe, the owner, was super helpful and provided great tips on restaurants and other things on the island. Also, the bikes provided with the rental were fantastic! I would highly recommend this property, we had a five-star experience!!!

Great Intro to Hilton Head

This lovely and well equipped home is filled with thoughtful amenities. Joe is super-responsive. He investigated an Internet issue for us until resolved even though it turned out to be an area outage. House is clean, pool is a nice extra and we’d go back

Great house

Very clean, screened in porch was great. Kids loved the pool overlooking the lagoon. Short drive or ride (bikes provided by owner) to the beach and short walk to restaurants. Would happily book another stay - thank you!
