Enjoy all the amenities of shore living in this well maintained ocean side comfortable home. Short walk to the beach(about 2 minutes) attractions in Beach Haven 10 minute walk.. Enjoy great sunsets from your second-floor furnished deck or enjoy your beautiful backyard patio complete with outdoor furniture and Weber Grill and shade trees.

Convenient off-street parking for three cars. Comfortably furnished and updated with new living room furniture all with a mid-century vibe. Fully stocked dated kitchen ,with a separate dining room.Hardwood floors throughout the home. Four beach badges will be provided. Great location, a short walk to everything! Ideal for a family of 6 people

The cottage is very cute and the location is superb. The hosts Lourine and John were very helpful for anything we needed. We would like to stay here again.

Great hosts and location!

Comfortable and cozy...great location - close to the beach and the bay. Hosts were great with communication and followed up midway through our stay to see if we needed anything. Surrounding neighbors were all friendly and it was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this lovely cottage. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lourine was very helpful with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay in lovely Beach Haven Cottage - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

We had an amazing stay. Our hosts were enormously gracious and helpful at all times while allowing us complete privacy. A 5 minute walk to the beach is always a plus. It was a perfect size for a small family (3 adults, 2 toddlers). There is also a large and private back patio to grill and make merry. We will definitely come back to this cozy cottage. Oh, and ask about the gifted artistry shells :)

This Beach House is comfortable,clean and very convenient. Had a wonderful week.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our family of 6. The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. We parked our cars and walked everywhere. A very short walk to the beauty of LBI . Have stayed here many times over the years. The owners are friendly and a commanding. Be back next year 😎

Perfect location!

We really loved our week at this cozy cottage! The location in Beach Haven is phenomenal. It’s a very short walk (and even shorter bike ride) to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. The street itself is very quiet. My kids adored sitting at the dining room table and watching people walk and bike by. The owners are very kind too! One of our favorite features is the shady dining area in the yard where we grilled several times. Overall a great place to stay!

First time on Long Beach Island

This was our first trip to Long Beach Island. I was looking for a place for myself and two daughters and their two friends. This was a perfect place. It is exactly two blocks from the ocean and two blocks from the bay. The street with all the attractions is one block away. I literally parked my car on Saturday and didn't drive it again until the day we left. I can't say enough about the owners, they are the nicest and most respectful people. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we felt like we were at home away from home. Can't wait to return next year and hopefully the house will be available for two weeks.

Quaint Beach Cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beach cottage is a little small, but it has good use of space. Plus the house is so close to the beach, who would want to stay inside.

Fun Week

Thanks so much for your hospitality. We found the convenience to the beach, restaurants and shops to be incredible. We very rarely used the car. The property was perfect for our family and the kids had a blast.

Great location !

Great location you can walk anywhere, we literally parked our car on Saturday when we got there and didn’t move it until we left. Owners were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything.

Perfect beach house!! Clean, comfortable, very well stocked and close to everything.

We are absolutely loving our stay here. The home is in a wonderful location. Close to the beach, bay, shops, restaurants and activities. There is no need for a car. The house is perfect. Clean, organized and beachy! The owners have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!! A+++

Awesome Two Week Stay

My husband, myself and our twin two year old boys enjoyed staying here immensly. The house had everything we needed, from two twin beds, child rails if needed and baby/kid gates. The bedrooms were great sizes, the house was immaculate and the outside area was perfect for barbeques and hanging out. The house is also in a fabulous location. We did not have to get in our car once the whole two weeks we were there. It is close to shops, stores, resturants and you can walk to it all!!!

Served it's purpose and then some!

The owners were great- they were friendly upon our arrival, but then we didn't see or hear them at all! The house is small- we had 3 adults and 2 kids. I wouldn't really want more than that in the house. But, since we spent very little time at the house, it was pretty perfect. The outside patio in the shade provided a great reading and dining spot. It is a great little walk to everything you need in town. The beach is about a 2 minute walk. The grill and outdoor shower also added to our fun!! We would definitely rent this house again. It's great for families, for sure!

Centrally located short walk to the beach

My wife and I stayed for a week during September. The cottage is very cute and has everything you would need. The setup is great with a master bedroom downstairs (king size bed), single bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and small diningroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a queen and one with two twins. You must supply your own sheets so be aware of the king bed. (sheet rentals are available). There is central AC and window units upstairs so you will stay cool although the constant ocean breeze maybe all you need. There is a flat screen TV, cable DVD player and free wifi. The cottage was also very clean on arrival. There is a great little back yard area with a table, chairs and umbrella, Weber gas grill, outside shower (why is showering outside so nice?). I felt right at home using the Weber Grill and it's a great addition. The backyard has really nice trees so there is shade. upstairs there is a rooftop deck with small table and two chairs. The walk to the beach and to the shops are great. There is a rental store very close as well and shopping and restaurants. The owners are really, great making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this property and use Yelp as a resource to scout out everything you would need while on LBI.

Great Location

Our family spent a few days on Long Beach Island and truly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly located with only short distances to the beach and town. The home was clean and the owners were extremely nice. We will definitely be back next year.

cozy home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this LBI home. The home was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. It is convenient to the beach, shopping (including Bay Village) and there are many places you can walk to in order to get a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything a Family Needs!

Our stay here over the 4th of July was wonderful - we could even watch the fireworks at Bay Village from the upstairs deck while our toddler remained fast asleep inside. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make anything, there is a grill on the back patio, and they even have baby gates. The living room is great for young children as everything has rounded corners and the seating is cushy and soft. The openness of the kitchen allows you to interact with those in the living room while preparing meals in the kitchen. The house is less than two blocks from the beach and the shops, restaurants, arcade, and amusement park at Bay Village are just a short walk away. Everything was clean and well maintained and the owners are extremely kind and very accommodating! Can't say enough great things about this place!

Comfy Cozy!

In the words of my children, this was such a comfy cozy beach house. Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely LBI cottage with my husband and two children. A block from the beach, a few blocks from Fantasy Island and a nice little deck off the upstairs bedroom, my kids couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fun filled week at the beach. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Feel right at home......

Comfort within a darling LBI cottage! Walking distance to beach & convenient to attractions. Our first visit was in June, and since we had a sensational time, we came back in September. Upon our first arrival, we were greeted by the owner’s smiles & kindness making this trip a traditional beach experience. The property was clean & neatly organized with all the amenities needed while vacationing. Commenting to an opposing review, the cottage is attached to the owners home. However, the setup allows privacy for the tenant as well as the landlord. As far as the shared laundry room that is closed off between the living areas, it was not a problem for us. We did laundry everyday without any conflict Overall, we will be returning and couldn't be happier renting from such incredible people.

We thought it was great

Very charming LBI home only a block or so from the beach. My wife and son spent a week there and it was very nice and very clean which is always a concern in renting anything. It's not a place for 8 people but could fit six comfortably so no worries for us. The owner was extremely nice and very accomodating. The back yard was a plus with patio furniture and gas grill for the evenings. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better LBI week. I would recommend to smaller parties no bigger than 6. You can't beat it right in a great location in Beach Haven. Awesome trip....

4/10 - Insatisfatório

Beware!

Beware! There are many issues with this home as well as with the owner. The pictures of this “cottage” are deceptive: the rooms are very small and the “cottage” is attached to another home where the owner resides (the laundry room is shared). As per the contract, at the end of our stay we immaculately cleaned the home. I requested a walk-through with the owner upon departure however; the owner said it wasn’t necessary. The contract terms indicated that the security deposit would be returned within 14 days. After this time elapsed I had to contact the owner regarding the security: the owner made no indication that there were any issues with the condition of the “cottage”. Imagine my surprise when only a portion of my security was returned. Again, I contacted the owner and there has been no satisfactory resolution.

Long Beach Island has been the shore point of many generations in my family. My great-grandmother brought her children here. Besides the beauty, it speaks to my heart. This location is perfect for all generations. Perfect for toddlers teens in betweens and seniors.

Our cottage is very clean, decorated in a mid-century beach theme, with comfortable clean updated furniture., The living room has plenty of seating, there is also a full dining room and a brand-new kitchen (fully equipped). The bedrooms are furnished with a King, Queen, and two twin beds. Freshly painted with new hardwood floors. The bathroom has a full-size tub with a shower and a new toilet. The washer and dryer are in their own private laundry room. The yard in the back of the cottage has lovely shade trees, with a patio table and chairs. A Weber gas grill and a hot and cold shower for your pleasure. On the second floor, there is also a deck, complete with a loveseat,2 chairs, and tables. Enjoy the sunset, with your favorite beverage. You will not be disappointed with this home away from home.
