Beach stay

Awesome. The only item needed was a golf cart. We missed the golf cart this year.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Prairie Pass house.The House was nice and clean. The community pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is convenient being close to Publix for groceries and close to a lot of good restaurants. Benchmark was very helpful.

Good House - Poor Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good:Great locationQuiet neighborhoodCleanThe bad;Pots and pans need to be replacedInsects on the kitchen island and dining areaPrimary TV did not work for 3 weeks of our stayWe had some other issues during our stay that were corrected by Jack and Scott who were great. Benchmark, the rental management company was terrible. We will never use them again!!

Wonderful Spot in 30A

9 Prairie Pass was great for our family of 4. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and have a great week in 30A. The house was super clean and the community was well cared for, quiet, and had nice amenities. The access to the pools (including a lap pool) was amazing. We also loved the pickle ball courts. The only minor issue we encountered was the grill at the house. On arrival, it wasn’t working and quite dirty. The property management company replaced the propane which was great but would recommend some more frequent cleaning and general maintenance to keep it functional (and safe!). Other than that, this was a perfect spot!

Wonderful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in 9 Prairie Pass and we look forward to returning! We have vacationed in many neighborhoods along 30A and have found Naturewalk to be the perfect mix of location (to ride bikes and enjoy the amenities) and the short distance from the traffic and crowds. We have settled on Naturewalk as our preferred neighborhood! 9 Prairie Pass is a 3 bedroom home, which was perfect in size for our group this year. The home was wonderfully maintained. We felt like if we needed anything at all that the property management company was just a quick text or phone call away.We love the heated neighborhood lap pool, as our trips to the area usually occur over the winter holidays so being able to swim is a bonus!

Spacious and comfortable Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 9 Prairie Pass. It is a lovely newer house with 2 porches to enjoy the fresh air. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We did find that the kitchen was not well equipped and did not have many dishes or appliances. It was also deep into the neighborhood and about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach but we had a lovely stay.

It is all about location when you are at the beach, we understand a 10 minute bike ride is longer then desired with some guest. Family time

Great location for kids to play and ride bikes safely. Quick bike ride to the beach and on cold days... skip the beach and enjoy the pool!
