This beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is a great addition to our inventory. Fresh and Beachy décor, beautiful flooring, updated kitchen and plenty of living space! This home is is just .5 miles to Earle Road Beach. Spend your time at the beach, wash off in the enclosed outdoor shower, and enjoy spending time with family in this central air conditioned home! Great blue stone patio and fire pit for those warm summer nights!

Walkable to the Weatherdeck restaurant for great burgers and seafood, the Lighthouse Cafe for yummy breakfast, Milano's Italian Kitchen, and Sweet Izzy's ice cream!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and well maintained property in great location. Property description was right on and there was plenty of room for six adults and our belongings. Highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. Nice quiet street and walkable to beach. We had an issue with grill and shower and they were addressed and fixed right away. I strongly suggest this rental, very spacious, updated and backyard was perfect.

wonderful vacation

Beautiful and comfortable. Outside shower did not drain well. Otherwise was a great rental.

Thank you for your review. We want to remind you that we have maintenance on staff that would have come over and fixed this problem with a call to our office. We understand that our summer guests look forward to showering outside as part of their Cape Cod experience.

Wonderful Family Home. Walking distance to Earle Road Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic vacation rental. The home was very open and airy. The queen and full bedrooms were very spacious. We were there during a hot spell so the central air was so welcoming. The only drawback was the back yard was infested with ants. We were unable to use the patio due to this. They were on every sitting area. I'm sure this is a quick fix for an exterminator.

Thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to the owners- they may want to look at having a pest company come out. We are sorry it was not useable and will ask the owner to have this addressed.

Earle terrace 32 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation got off to a rocky start. We were all excited to get the call that the property was available 2 hours earlier than expected but when we arrived we were disappointed in the state of the property. Before we could even move our stuff in we had to clean. The floors were not even broom swept as there was sand, dirt and food particles throughout the house. We had to sweep and wash the floors. Our second night there we wanted to cook out on the gas grill. After waiting 20 minutes for the grill to heat up we ended up cooking inside as the grill would not heat past 200 degrees. When we went to get the pots and pans to cook inside, there were pans in the oven covered in grease and food particles. There were dish towels left out hanging on the stove that were dirty as well The coffee machine did not work either What we did like about the property was the size and location to the beach. The house itself was a cute cottage with good size rooms and a private back yard. It did have an outdoor shower but very basic

We apologize that your vacation home was not cleaned. Although no one wants to start off their vacation calling the agency that they booked through to complain, we would have absolutely made it right. We would have been happy to send over our head housekeeping crew to make sure the home was up to your (and our) standards. We hope you will give our agency another try, as this is a very uncommon issue.

Nice vacation cottage half mile from beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, was only a half mile from Earle St. beach. Its walkable if you have a beach cart, but nice to drive or get dropped off if you don't want to pay. The house itself is really nice. AC worked great, no musty smell like other Cape houses. Its nice have a yard and fire pit. There is a wonderful outdoor shower. Beds and couches were clean and comfortable.Kitchen was well appointed. The outdoor grill is touchy, and doesn't work great so I wouldn't count on doing a ton of grilling. I would stay again, but have a couple of negative items that I think could be easily fixed. Hire better cleaners and invest in a better vaccum. The place looked spotless but the floor was actually filthy. There was a lot of sand everywhere and only this little stick vaccum. The place is too big too effectively sweep. Our feet and socks were filthy from walking on floor- should be mopped better between guests. The bathroom smelled like urine. I think because the floor is that manufactured hardwood flooring and probably absorbs odors around toilet. I cleaned with bleach cleaner a few times during stay and it was better. Maybe tile would be better in bathroom. There were tons of ants in kitchen, despite keeping the counters meticulously clean. Martha murray was extremely responsive and brought us some great ant traps that worked and the issue resolved. Those items are not deal breakers but need to be improved on. No one wants to spend their whole vacation cleaning.

Although it is not our goal to have you check into our home and have any cleaning concerns, please know we do have procedures in place to take care of any and all cleaning concerns right away. We would have been happy to send over cleaners to take care of all of these missed items right away. The last thing you want to do while on vacation is clean, so we understand your frustration. We are also in the office 7 days a week and afterhours as well for emergencies. Should you ever have any issues with anything in the home (trouble grilling or ants) please let us know. We can come over ASAP to address these items so you do not have to while you are on vacation. Again, we appreciate your feedback and we hope to see you again in the future.
