Window A/C units in three bedrooms, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Welcoming patio with a partial water view, gas grill, a large yard for family activities like badminton and croquet (game sets provided) and a private, enclosed outdoor cedar shower. Please note that linens (sheets & bath towels) are not included in rental but pillows/blankets/bedspreads are included, as are beach towels. No smoking, no pets, no on-street parking per Old Mill Point Association by-laws, no garage access.

Harwich is a popular rural seaside summer get away destination. Located in the heart of the Cape, it is just 30 minutes from the bridges, 15 minutes to Hyannis and 30 minutes to Provincetown. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Cape's best and longest bike path, runs through town - bikers pass by salt marshes, cranberry bogs and delightful swimming ponds. There is a Cape Cod Baseball League Team in town where future major league stars play ball.
