Escape to the beautiful Pawleys Island with our charming family-friendly vacation rental "Birdie Retreat". Come enjoy all this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom garden home has to offer in the Award winning community of True Blue. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on the back patio or screened in porch that overlooks the water. Dogs 25lbs and under are allowed at this condo so feel free to bring your furry friend along. This tranquil ground floor unit has everything to offer including a fully equipped kitchen, central HVAC, washer/dryer, traditional style coffee pot, wifi, high chair, Pack 'n Play, TV's throughout and much more. It even has puzzles games, and a four person gaming system featuring hundreds of popular video games which make for the perfect rainy day activity! The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new plush mattress, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The condo also comes with a high quality rollaway bed as well! The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and towels ready for your arrival. Rental of this unit also includes Huntington Beach State Park pass that offers a great beach location, plenty of parking, nature trails, bathrooms & showers.

The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Great Stay!

Close proximity to onsite pool and pickle ball courts, as well as great restaurants, grocery store and beach! Plenty of space for family of 5 with dog and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved our stay.

Comfortable Stay

Everything we could have needed! The home is spacious and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the dog-friendly accommodations and the very friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome. We had a great stay!

Big Blue Get Away

Our family of 6 was decided to stay at this property because of it's one level floor plan. I can not tell you how happy we were with this property and our stay! The property was a great value for us, had a great location to visit friends and family on Pawleys Island and we even got to plays some golf!

Spring break for the grandchildren

The area was quiet enjoyed it very well the kids enjoyed the pool being close by the house was beautiful everything was in the house except a tall pot to do the Beaufort stew but being a soldier I made it work the only thing was to drive by alligator that blew everybody's mind when we saw him ride cruising all through the pond LOL

Great vacation spot for golf and family time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great vacation home! The three bedrooms and three full baths worked great for 5 adults. The roomy kitchen, grill, and big dining table allowed us to cook meals with ease. Plenty of parking in the garage, driveway and throughout the neighborhood. This house is located close to the pickleball courts and a nice pool, which was a big perk! One of the bedrooms was a little small for a couple (the bed up against the wall made it difficult to get in and out). We really enjoyed our stay.

Our rental was very clean and fairly well stocked...Any issues we had were handled quickly and without is in a very safe and quiet are and the neighbors were very friendly. There is only one television in the living room? We already rented again for next year...worked well for us. ( :

Another great winter stay In True Blue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great winter at True Blue. Lot of great upgrades to this 's, Beach chair & toys, roll-a-way bed, pac man game & baby equipment TideLife does a great job with any requests and keeping the unit Maintained. One thing that needs some attention is the lock on the oitsiide patio door. We had several renters over the winter and had two different individuals try get into our unit (when walking along the pond...the units look very similar, especially for weekly renters). Pawleys Island itself is very safe, but renters come from all over, A more secure lock would be appreciated.
