🏠Welcome to Dune Alright



Located in the lovely private Seacrest Beach gated community of Water’s Edge, adjacent to Rosemary Beach. This gorgeous vacation home is on the south side (beach side) of 30a, and is the 4th house back from the Gulf (40 yards from the beach stairs). This gated subdivision has only 35 homes, which allows for low density private beach access. A set of chairs with cocktail table and umbrella are provided on the beach for our guests. “Dune Alright” is a 5-bedroom+, 5 ½ bath vacation home with over 3,100 square feet. It is a 3-level private home with an office and media room. Beautiful tile floors throughout. It includes Free high speed wireless internet and has flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.



The main floor has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, 48' Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Double Convection Oven, Wolf 5 Burner Gas Cook Top, Microwave and Ice Maker. The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a handmade reclaimed oak dining room table for ten, and a counter area that seats four. Relax in front of the 60-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound in the family room. A powder room is located just off the foyer.



Stroll out back to the porch and patio area and enjoy a private pool that includes a 6-foot diameter in-pool lounging area (NOT A HOT TUB - even though it has jets that look like one) and has a state-of-the-art(saline) non chlorinated cleaning system. Bask in the Florida sun poolside, or take a short 40-yard stroll down a lovely landscaped, palm tree lined path to the beach stairs to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach.



This home has 3 master suites. The first-floor master is a large bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a granite counter. Strategically located away from the family room, this suite provides both privacy and convenience. Its location on the main floor makes it especially nice for anyone with reduced mobility concerns.



The main master bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! This large bedroom with king bed has a private porch that overlooks the pool & spa, an expansive bathroom with granite counter-tops, double vanities, soaking tub, and shower with bench. Attached to this bedroom is a private office that overlooks the pool. This office is multi-functional, as it can be used as a quiet reading space, work area, or nursery/young child’s sleeping area. The other second floor master has a king bed, and is also spacious and has a private deck with gulf view. The bathroom has granite double vanities and large shower. For the kids there is a Bunk room on this floor with 2 sets of Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds, that will accommodate four kids. It has its own private bathroom. A full-sized dedicated laundry room with extra-large capacity front loading washer/dryer is on this level.

The 3rd Floor features a bedroom with two queen beds and a semi-private bathroom with a double vanity. There is also a media room with a 46” flat panel TV.



There is a wet bar adjacent to the media room with a sink and mini-refrigerator. There are two large furnished decks on the 3rd floor which provide great views of the gulf and make a great spot to have a cocktail and watch the sun set over the beach.

The gated community provides privacy and serenity for a relaxing vacation, yet is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, shops, and spa. There is a 17-mile walk/bike path located just outside our entrance, and fishing, sailing and kayaking are also available locally. The Publix food store is only about a 5-minute car ride east on 98. The new outdoor shopping area in Panama City, called Pier Park, is a 10-minute drive east on 98. Pier Park has numerous restaurants and stores, and a new state-of-the-art movie cinema. Seaside is 7 miles west, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall, Silver Sands, is about 20 miles west.



'Dune Alright' is a custom designed, professionally decorated, and well-equipped home to make your vacation relaxing and memorable.

* As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.

This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand.

A lively community gathers in Seacrest’s Peddler’s Pavilion. Sip coffee on an outdoor patio, stock up on homemade sweet treats, or rent a bicycle and go exploring. With wide-open green spaces and plenty of ecosploring opportunities, this beach neighborhood is a perfect fit for active vacationers.
