Welcome to The Caicos Cottage on Whitby Beach, North Caicos!

If you are looking for a vacation to get away from it all, you have found the right place. Caicos Cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront cottage and the perfect escape from your hectic daily life and from the tourists of Provo.
Wake up and fall asleep to the soft waves of the ocean outside the master bedroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with views you never get tired of. We always hear from our guests that the pictures don’t do this place justice.
This cottage has AC in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. The pool was completed in Feb. of 2022
This 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront house on Whitby beach has a king master bedroom that faces the ocean with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunkbed. Which makes this perfect for 2 couples and families too. The 2nd bathroom is located right next to the second bedroom.
Comfortable beachy house with amazing views of the beautiful blue Caribbean water.
2 ocean kayaks are available for your use as well.
Daily flights into Providenciales and a 25 minute scenic ferry ride makes getting to North and Middle Caicos very accessible! Last ferry over is at 4:00 pm (5 pm in the off season). Flights from Providenciales twice a week are also available!
North Caicos is known to be the lushest of all the Turks and Caicos Islands and is the 2nd largest island of the 8 inhabited islands (the largest is Middle Caicos) yet the population is only around 1400.
You will find tranquility, privacy and peacefulness, unlike that of so many other Caribbean Islands, BUT if you are looking for nightlife and fine dining, this is not the island for you! However if you are adventurous and enjoy the laidback feel of island life, than you have found the perfect place to bury your feet in the sand!


**Please note there is a mandatory 12% gov't tax added to your booking.
**1 week min for Christmas week and 1 week min for NYE week...can not combine the two holidays for a one week rental.
**AC is metered and charged upon usage.
**We recommend getting Travel Insurance

This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos and we found this perfect little house on the ocean with a pool, just what we were looking for. It was very nicely set up, clean, had lots of room and made our vacation wonderful!!!

Wonderful Christmas 2024 Stay!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation with our family. The Caicos Cottage was perfect for relaxation and fun! Cindy and Mac were great to work with and always responsive and helpful! This is a wonderful place to visit and stay!

This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the patio, which we used nice lounge chairs on the patio patio outback with a beautiful view over the ocean. We were there for about a week and so maybe five people on the beach the entire week.

Beautiful Retreat!

This property is everything the pictures show. Clean and absolutely amazing view. Walk out the front door to beautiful water and interesting snorkeling. Kayaks made our stay a wonderful adventure. One of the best stays we've ever had. Quiet and peaceful and the place is beautifully kept and has everything we needed.

Superb Serenity!

A beautiful, relaxing setting right on the beach offering a great chance to recharge and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. The property was well appointed and comfortable. Cindy and Mac were helpful hosts both from a distance and locally - thanks to you both!

Disconnect from the everyday

Truly an amazing destination. House has everything you need for an exceptional vacation. Pool is a very nice addition, kayaks are perfect for the water conditions, walk as far as you want in either direction on the beach, dont miss Dragon Cay with Munjin bar and grill, 3 Mary cay beach is awesome, our host Spot was fantastic. He can arrange almost any excursion available. Super nice and helpful. We would most certainly return! Location, location, location!! Arrange for a private taxi ahead of time for half the price.

Paradise!

We had the best time at Caicos Cottage! The beach is just unreal - so soft and white. Our five-year-old had the best time playing in the waves. Barracuda Beach Bar is just a 10-minute walk down the beach, and we also had an epic lobster dinner at Mudjin's. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Getaway

The Caicos Cottage perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of Whitby Beach! The Caicos Cottage is perfectly appointed, the kitchen was well equipped with everything for meal prep and hosting dinners, the pool is a huge plus as are the kayaks and snorkel gear! Mac, the property manager, is a great gentleman and a great resource for local information! !We had an amazing week and would love to return to the Caicos Cottage!

Peaceful paradise

This property was everything we’d hoped it would be - and more! The hospitality of the residents of the island was amazing, the ease of check-in and check-out was great, and it lives up to its billing as a peaceful get-away. To be able to walk out one’s door literally into an ocean so clear…the colors were incredible. Thank you for a forever-memorable family vacation!

A quiet beautiful place

The house is located right on the beach which I loved because it was easy to go from the house to the beach. The pool was nice to have! The groceries are limited on North Caicos so if you can get groceries before riding the ferry to North Caicos, you will have a better selection and probably better prices. We grilled out almost every night. Restaurants are on the island of North Caicos but we did not enjoy eating out as much as we did to grill at the house. The best restaurant we tried was Aquatic. The communication between the property manager was excellent. He responded quickly with any question we had. If you are wanting a quiet low key vaca, this is the place!

Amazing

Loved the house, loved the location and loved everyone we interacted with. The house keeper was so kind, the pool man was friendly and full of island tips, the house manager Mac was super. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beach is incredible and the water is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We loved everything about this trip. The one negative we encountered was the bugs were really REALLY bad in the evening. We got bit up so badly. Sobering bug spray or head inside when the sun sets.

Seclusion at its best!

We had an amazing time on our trip. The entire time there we only saw 3 people on the beach giving us miles to ourselves. The house was great! Cindy and Mac were very easy to communicate with. Our only downside was that the beach was hit with sargasm for several days due to a storm in the gulf but that's just mother nature for you and did not sway my fantastic opinion of the property and our trip! Will definitely be going back!

Just what we needed!

Everyone knows everyone on North Caicos! The island is quiet and friendly with spectacular ocean views and beautiful beaches. Bring a good book (or 2) and rejuvenate! We rented a car and explored the island from one end to the other and returned to our favorite spots several times. Restaurants are not fancy and groceries are expensive but we figured it out and spent a wonderful three weeks! Enjoy!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Caicos Cottage. With older kids that were up for a few adventures, we decided North Caicos was a preferred alternative to the hustle of Provo. There were a few mosquitoes and bugs but the property was well maintained and the beach was amazing. We appreciate the availability of Mac but didn’t need much help with a little research ahead of time. If you are looking for a quiet spot with amazing beach access and authentic adventures awaiting you, give this place a try!

AWESOME!!!

Don’t even hesitate to stay here! We had everything we needed and it is so peaceful, relaxing and quiet! The island has the nicest and helpful people living here. Mac was there if we needed him! The sweetest dog visited a couple of times. He came for the pets and loving, then he wandered away. I would definitely go back!!!!

Relaxing in Paradise

This was one of the best and most relaxing vacations I have had in quite some time. When I booked, I did not realize that it was on an island that was less populated. Turned out to be just what my best friend and I needed. The views at this home are gorgeous. The beach was right out the back door and we had fun dancing on the beach. We loved swimming in the private pool. We bought some groceries and grilled lobster tails and burgers. We spent our evenings sitting on the porch enjoying the insanely nice weather and the ocean breeze. There is a place to have dinner just a walk down the beach. We took a day trip to Middle Caicos and enjoyed a different beach and more amazing views. Can't recommend this place enough for people who want to disconnect from the real world and just relax.

Really special and relaxing stay

Caicos Cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful family vacation. The beach is gorgeous, and having a pool too was great for our family as one of my kids doesn't like the ocean! The cottage is well provisioned and comfortable. Cindy was communicative and helpful both before and during our trip to help us prepare for some of the unique aspects of staying on a more remote island. The property manager Mac was kind and accommodating as we arrived a bit earlier than planned. We embraced the slower pace of life on North Caicos and found adventure in exploring the island along with Middle Caicos. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. This was a special trip for our family and we made many lasting memories!

Private Paradise

Robert & Kathy W stay 4-15-23-4-28-23 the property is everything we had hoped for, total peace & quiet. the house has everything you need including one of the most comfortable beds ever. We hit the beach all morning and the pool all afternoon. we were able to meet the owner Cindy, very nice and answered all our questions. Mac is a great Manager, he was checking in one day and the power was out for around 15 minutes he made a call and the power was back on quickly. We will most defiantly be back. Thanks again Cindy & Mac

Absolutely wonderful!!

From the second you walk into this house the views of the ocean will take your breath away. There are tons of windows that allow you to enjoy the views and allow for a nice breeze throughout the house. We really enjoyed walking on the beach (Barracudas Bar and Grill is only a 20-min walk down the beach). The pool was very refreshing after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches of North and Muddle Caicos. The check in/out process was very easy and Mac even met us at the ferry dock so we would know how to get there. The house was clean and had everything you need to prepare meals. The gas grill was a nice addition as well.

My husband and I are partners with 2 other families in a beachfront house on Sapodilla Bay Beach on Provo and an oceanview house in Mudjin Harbor/Dragon Cay, Middle Caicos. So when we saw this sweet gem, we knew this would be a great addition to our investments!
We live in central PA, so having rental properties in the Caribbean has been a dream come true!!

We love this house for multiple reasons. The location (beachfront) of course is #1 and the fact that it is so close to the ferry, makes it easy to get to. We also love that this island is not built up like Provo and you really can come here to decompress!
If you are looking for nightlife, North and Middle Caicos are definitely NOT for you! If you are looking to relax, hang by the pool, drive around looking at all the spectacular beaches these islands have to offer, check out flamingos, see whales in the winter and basically not see many people, you have come to the right place!
