THE UPDATED BEACHFRONT VILLA: 3 bedroom, 2 bath two-story villa with wrap around veranda located directly on Whitby Beach with powdery white sand and turquoise blue waters.

THE VERANDA: Enjoy the morning sunrise, afternoon breezes, amazing sunset cocktails, dinner in the warm Caribbean air and star gazing. the wrap around veranda begs the question, why even go inside?

THE BEDROOMS: Two airy bedrooms on upper level, one king and the other queen size beds, great views and wonderful breezes. The third bedroom perfectly sited on the beach level for aiding accessibility needs.

THE BEACH LEVEL APARTMENT: Want to avoid stairs? Here's the answer, a queen size bed, sitting area and full bath with walk-in shower with private access directly on the beach level.

THE BATHROOMS: One bathroom on upper level with luxury tile shower; another one with shower on beach level - great easy access for using while on the beach or afterwards.

THE NEW KITCHEN: Vaulted ceiling in the fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, Icemaker, Dishwasher.

THE NEW LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceiling in entertainment/lounge area with DVD/Blue-ray/CD player with wall of sliding glass doors with panoramic elevated beach and ocean views.

Amazing home. Super clean and literally right on the beach. Super serene and quiet. Great hosts. Mac was amazing. Rent a car. Get the best groceries at DARDS. Food at barracuda and cilantro’s was the best. Also very close!

We loved this house! The location was perfect - right on a beautiful white sand beach, very few people. It is very comfortable and well stockedWith everything you need. The new kitchen is lovely and very easy to use. We loved North Caicos - the quiet pace and empty beaches. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely vacation home!

Very enjoyable stay! Excellent beachfront location. Well equipped kitchen. With rental car, property is convenient to small grocery stores, restaurants, ATM and several lovely beaches.Some inconsistencies regarding provision of household supplies between property manager and owners.

Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you. Exquisite location. Literally steps from the front porch to the water! Well maintained and appointed vacation home with everything you need for a memorable stay. That includes Mac Campbell, who will insure you have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation experience. Privacy is insured and North Caicos islanders are likely the friendliest people you will ever meet. Many great spots for food and drink, especially Miss B’s, a short drive away, and Clifford’s Coffee shop, almost next door. I highly recommend the Whitby White House if if you’re looking to get away from the bustle and hustle! We will be back!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and beautiful vacation, this is it. The house is right on the beach with beach chairs, towels, and a fully functional kitchen. You have the entire beach basically to yourself. The water is the most stunning color blue and generally calm (the waves kick up with the wind but still swimable). The hosts were very quick to respond and truly want you to have a great vacation. We toured the entire island (rent a car) and cooked most meals at the house…limited options for restaurants. The bugs are real! Bug spray is a must. We loooved the parrot ice for a treat. A boat trip took us to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen and was 100% worth the cost. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!

Beautiful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The location cannot be beat! We enjoyed the walks up and down the beach. There is a great little snorkeling spot close to shore near where the Prospect ruins are. It was very quiet and relaxing! Loved every second!

The beach is dreamy, especially at low tide. The house is very comfortable and clean. Definitely not lacking anything. We had a great time and would return.

20th Wedding Anniversary Celebration Trip

My wife and I decided to rent Whitby White House for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. We were very pleased with this rental. The inside of the villa and the exterior steps, porches, etc. were all immaculately clean! All the necessities worked well! The WIFI was super fast! Mac, who is the on island point of contact, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The owners quickly responded to messages via the VRBO app/website. We definitely will book this villa again in the future!

Relaxing family vacation

The property is stunning, back steps right on a beautiful and quiet beach. Exactly what we were after for a relaxing family vacation where we could disconnect. The house is updated and was very comfortable for the five of us. Fun tiki bar and restaurant about a 15 minute walk down the beach. And we found the local groceries and restaurants to be adequate for our needs.

Great house on the beach.

First the hosts were so helpful. Both pre-trip and during the trip when minir issues arose. The house itself was spotless and the pictures do not do it justice. It is on the beach , It is secluded so lots of privacy. Absolutely loved it and will be back.

Wonderful location

This property has a fantastic location and beachfront. The hosts were very accommodative and helpful in proactively providing information about travel requirements and dealing with them was a seamless process. The property needs some updating, but should be well-suited for a family or a couple. We enjoyed our stay at this property and will very likely retun.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

After visiting Provo with our family, we fell in love with the Turks & Caicos Islands and wanted to find a home on one of the quieter neighboring islands. Some of the reasons for loving the T & C Islands are:
- The weather- constant tropical temperatures & beautiful breezes
- The most amazingly soft sandy beaches & warm turquoise water
- Easy access from the US, english speaking islands and US currency accepted
- Little to no crime

We chose this particular property because it was the nearest beachfront villa to the water's edge on North Caicos. It's situated on a nearly deserted 7 mile long stretch of beautiful beach. You can hear the surf all day long and we have beautiful views because the villa is two-stories high. We walked every inch of the beach before making the final decision. The sand is so soft and free of rocks in front of this particular property and the reef, reduces any seaweed. This is really a great place to get away from it all, unplug, unwind and re-connect with the ones you love.

- Stargazing at night - it's not unusual to see a shooting star
