The views are simply spectacular from this classic two bedroom two bathroom top floor condo. Shell Island Beach Club's location offers you the best of both worlds. Only steps to the sugar-sand beach, you can swim in the Gulf, visit the Lighthouse then walk to the fishing pier to watch the sunset over San Carlos Bay.

Feel the tropical breeze roll in from your screened lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining room allow guests to dine in the condo with comfort. Retire to your master suite with a king sized bed after a long soak in the large garden tub. Your guest or family will have plenty of room in the spacious guest room with two twin beds. This condo comfortably sleeps six people with a queen sized sofa bed. Vaulted ceilings and beachy furniture add to the relaxing, spacious atmosphere.

Spend your days at the pool, walking along the shell lined beaches, riding bicycles on miles of beautiful bike paths, playing tennis or just relaxing. Shell Island Beach Club provides everything you need for a perfect vacation.

We are located on the historic east end near the lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. Tennis courts. Wifi and cable tv are available at no charge. A beautiful pool and large hot tub are literally steps from the condo.

Restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream shops are located within a close walking/biking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It’s also just a super short walk to the beach, and the shelling there was incredible. The beach was a chill and relaxing scene, not crowded at all. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach, away from the busy town, we walked to the lighthouse. Beautiful white sand beach, great for walking. Lovely decorated condo. Does need some kitchen and bath remodeling but clean and well stocked. Great communication. Condo on second level with steps to climb. Overlooks the beach and ocean from a big screened in lanai. Beautiful condo steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Perfect if you are flying in! Kitchen was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable which is always a plus! Would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!!

Return to Shell Island Beach Club.

Our third time back to S.I.B.C. reminded us how much we liked staying on the east end of the island. The condo we stayed in was very nice. We will return again soon.

Sanibel is back!

It was so nice to be back to Sanibel after the hurricanes. The property had beautiful views of the gulf. Bikes were included through a local bike rental shop. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. My family is already asking about returning next year for spring break.

Excellent location and property!

My family of four had a great week in this spacious condo! We spent most mornings on the balcony with coffee in hand watching the sunrise and early shellers. The unit was well appointed with everything a family would need for a week away. The lack of elevators made up for the abundance of delicious restaurants nearby! If you are looking for an amazing view minutes from the beach, this condo is for you!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo unit on the beach is beautiful with an amazing gulf view. The high ceilings made it seem even more spacious. Love the convenience of in-unit laundry. Owners responded quickly to our need for a beach umbrella. Only drawback was getting luggage up to and down from third floor, but we managed fine. Would love to return to see the grounds when the post-hurricane reno is complete.

Condo was clean. Kitchen pots & pans Ok, though could use more glasses and small spoons. Only salt & pepper for spices. The complex facility grounds (pool, hot tub, tennis courts) are still under repair, though this was disclosed. Unexpected installation of new windows, but worked around the inconvenience. Beautiful views and access to the beach.

Lovely Unit

This unit was very clean. It was nicely appointed for cooking, cleaning up and laundry. The View is incredible. lanai was very nice. There was rebuilding of the pool area happening, but during our stay we had zero construction noise from the complex. It will be beautiful once completed. The Owner was very responsive and maintenance person was uber professional. Beds were comfortable and rocking chairs on the lanai. Thanks so much for hosting us!

This is a must-stay beach condo. The view is fabulous. The decorating is Florida and classy. We prepared all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living space is comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, the pool, and the bicycles. The owner was very nice with quick replies to my questions. The beach area is quiet and I found great shells. We loved our time here.

Fantastic condo!

We loved this condominium! Especially the location, the view, the use of the bikes, and the deck furniture. We watched the sunrise almost every morning while sitting on the deck in very comfortable chairs. Most of the time we made our meals at the condo and found the kitchen clean and well equipped. There were fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler as well as free use of bikes. What a treat! There was only one issue - we felt that the master bedroom mattress was really soft.

Beautiful view and nicely done inside but just a few issues: mas bath toilet fan not working, no mop or vacuum for sand and no where to wipe feet. Beware of lots of steps to get to 2nd floor. This is a lovely two bedroom condo right on the water with views of the ocean and the sunrise. It is tastefully decorated and had a lot of thoughtful touches in the bathroom and kitchen. We really appreciated the cleaning woman letting my elderly mother in early. I had never stayed on this end of Sanibel and I actually liked it. There is a beautiful walkway around the lighthouse and it is quiet. I made a mistake when I rented this condo though because it is located up 2+ flights of stairs and I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator. (No problem for younger people, but not my mom:( The only other problem was that the master bedroom is in serious need of a new mattress.

Beach Retreat

Even during the busy Easter break, this part of the island has a quiet feel. The condo is next to the pool and a short boarded walkway to the beach. There are plenty of bicycles to use and the island is covered in bike trails. The office has books and games and pots of herbs you can use when cooking. Everything you need is in the condo including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and the usual kitchen equipment. The beds are comfortable and the lanai (which looks onto the gulf) is screened in. There are few paper products, plastic wrap, dish soap, coffee filters, so you'll need to head to the store soon after arriving. Look at a map and use the roads by the gulf because Periwinkle Road is always packed. The designated parking spot is tight but there are other places you can park a short walk away. There are three flights of stairs and no elevator (which may be a problem for some) and the kids in the pool can be loud but otherwise its perfect.

Loved it!

We just wrapped up a few day trip at the Shell Island Beach Club and really loved it. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The location and amenities were perfect. We really enjoyed an evening cocktail in the screened in porch overlooking the water and it gave us shelter from the no see-ums. Our last night included a wicked thunderstorm which was awesome to watch. The pool was perfect. The condo was well appointed with everything you need and the care package of laundry supplies was an awesome bonus. We did a mix of breakfast/lunch/dinner both out at restaurants and in the condo. We stopped at Publix in Fort Myers on the way in and saved quite a bit of money compared to food shopping on the island. The only disappointment we had was the red tide which limited our beach time. We still made time for sea shell hunting with the kids, but had there been no red tide we would have spent all day on the beach at least one or two days of the trip. We will be back, however we'll be sure to visit when there is no red tide. We highly recommend this unit, the owners were great to deal with and truly put care into their rental which is reflective in the cleanliness, decor, and extras provided.

This is our favorite place on the island. We love the sparkling clean outdoor heated pool and hot tub. There are an abundance of lounge chairs around the pool for everyone to enjoy. Waking up to watch the sunrise from our lanai is a fabulous way to start the day! This resort has a tennis/pickleball court with all equipment needed to play. Just a very short walk to the beach, you will enjoy miles of beautiful white sandy beach, filled with different types of fascinating seashells.

Free WIFI and cable tv. The grilling area is a fabulous place cook and hang out. Brand new outdoor patio furniture in our condo has created an extra living space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Also included in our condo is everything you need at the beach, such as, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for children.
