'Grissel's Lake House' is an indescribable experience in itself. It is a private, peaceful lake home located a few miles off of the premises of Spring Bay Resort & Guide Service.

This four bedroom home has one of the best views on all of Lake Vermilion. Some amenities include: a dishwasher, fireplace, huge deck over looking the lake, a private building with a sauna, private outdoor fire pit, private docks and of course the luxury of using Spring Bay Resort's amenities whenever you wish to.

BOAT & PONTOON RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE.....DON'T FORGET TO ASK HOW!!!!

***RENTAL AGREEMENT***

All rates are subject to 7.375% sales tax and 3% lodging tax.

A standard VRBO deposit required. (They calculate)

You will be expected to pay for the time you reserved whether you stay the entire time or not.
Deposits are refundable only upon 60 days advanced written notice of cancellation.

Additional guests are $25/day or $100/week.
The daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
A minimum stay of 3 days is requested.

Pet Policy
$10 per day per pet...must be pre-approved...size limits on pets...In consideration of our other guests, we require a $200 deposit at check-in, which will be paid back one week after your cabin is cleaned/inspected by cleaning staff. Excellent boarding services are available in Cook. Please call us and we will be happy to provide you with complete information. Please be respectful to our pet policy.

We offer fully equipped fishing boats that are perfect for any family or angler. Fishing boat rentals available (fully equipped for fishing).
We also have pontoon boats available or rental.
