Optional Pontoon Rental

A 25-foot pontoon with a 115-horsepower motor and capacity for up to 18 people is available to rent separately from the home. The full-week rental is $1,500. Daily rentals may also be available for $250 per day with a two-day minimum; contact us before booking to confirm availability. The boat remains at the property, so no delivery or setup is required. Before use, the renter must complete a DocuSign insurance waiver and review the operating and safety video. After authorization, the keys remain in the ignition for convenient guest access.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet, per stay. Please include pets with your reservation so the fee and house rules are applied correctly.
