With its own section of private beach, this home allows guests to do just that. The stunning interior of this home is equally as amazing as its location. Guests enter from the car port to a ground-floor entry space. Take the steps up the main floor, which features a wide-open space that flows from the kitchen and dining space into a living room and screen porch. Three sliding doors into the living area from the screen porch as well as wall to wall windows on the porch allow guests to open everything up and enjoy the salty summer air as it blows in from the water. The porch opens onto a deck, which has its own set of stairs for going up and down to the beach and dock with ease. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the main floor as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are four more bedrooms. Two of those share a hall bathroom, while the remaining two have ensuites. The large primary bedroom sits at the back of the house and is highlighted by its own private balcony overlooking the Indian River Bay. No matter where you go in this luxurious home, you are guaranteed to have a water view. Boaters, make sure your vessel is ready to go! This home includes use of the dock space furthest to the left (furthest from the garage structure) which can hold a boat up to 25 feet in length.

Don't leave your dog behind- this home is dog friendly. Owner will allow a max occupancy of 2 dogs with a $375 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Dangerous breeds are not permitted and dogs must be under 60lbs.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee. A rental must be booked 48 hours prior to arrival or the reservation will not be permitted.
