We loved these cottages. They were perfect for a weekend getaway and are in walking distance to most everything in downtown Sitka (Shopping, restaurants, totem park, whale watching, etc). We walked almost everywhere we went. The host is next door and was very friendly. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. The trundle twin bed helped us spread out a little bit. Great option for a short stay!

Excellent place to stay!

Great place to stay in Sitka! Very comfy and close to everything. Owner lives on site. Highly recommend! Hopefully will stay again next time I visit!

Tess was very accommodating, everything was clean, and the location couldn't be better - very central, which was perfect since we didn't have a car. We would have loved a full-size bed option, but the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved Cottage 3 for one adult, and Cottage 1 for two high school senior boys. Cottage 3 --- Perfect for one person who is used to lodging in a place just big enough for basic lodging and doesn't mind using the kitchen sink to brush teeth, etc. The cottage is very clean and has a comfortable chair and 2 counter stools and enough dishes to cook meals. And it is in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Wifi is excellent. Windows on 2 sides allow cool air flow. Cottage 1 has the sane, quality anenities as Cottage 3, but it is not sized for two adult-sized 17-y/o males. It has a trundle bed but there is insufficient space to have the second bed out and do any walking or getting up to use the bathroom, and it would block access to tge entry door. We relocated the males to the Aspen Suites, which is on the same block. Everything worked out and we had a great stay in Sitka. Our goal was to take a metal art class at the Salty Sitkan, which was an excellent experience. Thank you.

We have stayed there several times and have always found them to be clean, in a great location, with excellent on-site management. We highly recommend this property.

The cottage was very clean and in good shape. It was just a very tiny space for my husband and I. The twin bed had a trundle so I slept on one and my husband the other. It was like we were doing a sleepover. We loved it but it was a lot smaller room than we thought. The TV had a Amazon Firestick so we could watch somethings but it seemed like the internet only allowed a few hours and it stopped working. Since we just used it for background noise we were fine.The vacation rental management staff was helpful and kind. She greeted us when we arrived and helped us get in the door.

Great communication with the property owner- flexible. Close to many of the attractions. Can easily rent bikes to venture out to the bear fortress.
